Waterfront Private Apartment, minutes from LLBean!

Our guest studio apartment has a private entrance, a king bed, a pull out sofa, a kitchenette, a walk-in shower, and porch facing the water to provide the perfect relaxing coastal Maine experience! Custom built home on 8 acres tucked away in the woods with waterfront access to Harraseeket Cove & South Freeport Harbor, great for kayaking! Located just 5 minutes from LLBean and Freeport's many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Wolfes Neck State Park and its stunning coastal trails and forests are less than a mile away.

The guest apartment is connected to the owner's house but has a private entrance and is locked off from the rest of the house. You can enjoy your privacy yet we are close by to assist with anything you need. There is a patio with chairs to lay out on and we have 2 Sit-On-Top kayaks available for you to use down at the water front. Note: Our property is on a hill overlooking the water, so waterfront access requires ability to walk down stairs and along a forest path. Depending on the tides and weather conditions, this area can be muddy. For security, we have a security camera at the front door of the house/driveway area. 

We supply all linens, bath towels, hand towels, etc (we do not supply washcloths).
