"I could not have ask for a better place to stay for my winter holiday trip in Freeport, Maine. This studio apartment went above my expectations. The entire space was much larger than I thought it would be. From the entry downstairs & throughout the entire apartment, it was clean & well-kept. Kitchen is fully equipped, has adequate space for meal prep, and there is plenty of room around the table & kitchen counter for dining. The living room is a welcoming pleasant area, and there is ample space...

"This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. It’s one thing to feel vulnerable due to a connected wall separating the room by folding doors and shutters but no blinds or curtains on some of the windows and no lock one at least one window. The room was very dusty and smelled of mold. My husband became physically sick after we closed the windows during the night ( temperature outside required it- 55 ). Also, the owner didn’t respond to a question I had the day before about cable TV. ...

"The unit is just off the main street (Maine Street) in Brunswick, close to Gelato Fiasco and Frosty's Donuts but not so close that you hear traffic. It's clean, with plenty of windows. Parking was easy, usually on the street right in front.We didn't need a hot tub or laundry, but if those were on the property, we didn't see them. Bumping our heads on the low angled ceiling on one side of both bedrooms were an issue for both of us.In all, a good deal for a good location."
