The Space:
This property is a unique and fun space that spans across a half-acre property just minutes to downtown Fredericksburg. The design aspects throughout the home showcase a funky personality, with playful touches of color and unique accents.

The Main House features three bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a luxurious king bed, en suite bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower, sleek design, and luxurious linens. The second and third bedrooms also have king beds with comfortable and cozy linens, and they share a spacious full bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The living room has a unique design with peacock accents and a beautiful deep blue color that runs throughout the home. This space opens up into the dining room with a table for six. The fully equipped chef inspired kitchen is clean and crisp, with stainless steel appliances and additional bar seating for four that flows into the bonus sitting room equipped with a large flat screen TV. Outside of the main house there is a covered patio, plus a bonus seating area with a table and chairs.

The Guest House is to the right of the main house and offers a spacious living room that has seating for seven on a sleek leather couch and comfy chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and an effortless flow into the kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, convection oven plus a microwave, everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The bedroom has a luxurious king bed. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, and cute tile gives the space spunky personality.

The Back House also has a cute living room offering a cozy seating area with a flat-screen
TV. The bedroom features a king bed, and the bathroom has a sleek glass shower. Outside, there is a sitting area on the porch, as well as two sun loungers.

The Drink House has a tastefully designed kitchenette that offers a shared space for family and friends to make a quick drink or snack while lounging in the amazing backyard space. Do not forget that bottle of wine from one of the famed Texas Hill Country wineries!

Our backyard is the perfect spot to gather with loved ones, featuring a beautiful hot tub, a gas grill, spacious outdoor dining table for eight, comfortable seating for five around the fire pit, and shade from mature trees. Come and enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends at our property.

Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.
