When you walk into my home you will be pleased by the homey ambiance and cleanliness. You will have access to our pool table and nice luxury recliner, sofa and love seat to relax. There’s also a brand new walkway with wired LED lights that leads right to your private entrance.

NOTE: The “entire guest suite” is the entire downstairs, however there is a common area around the pool table and downstairs living room area just in case there’s a need for the host to enter the space due to emergency or a need for supplies in the supply closet.

The bedroom is very comfortable with a new posturepedic queen size bed. There's also a slight beach theme and plenty of lighting. To top it off you will have your own full bathroom at your disposal. If you want a clean hassle free experience this is your place.

This space is located right in the center of Fredericksburg in the Idlewild development. 5 mins from downtown, 5 mins from Central Park and the mall, 5 mins from the University of Mary Washington, 5 mins from Mary Washington Hospital, 5 mins from Fredericksburg battlefield, and 5–10 mins from everything else you could desire.
