Beautiful property near many great fishing spots.

My friends and I took a long weekend to go fishing in Fraser and the surrounding areas. This condo was conveniently located to all the places we wanted to visit on our trip. The condo was clean and well furnished. There were enough beds to sleep everyone in my group comfortably, and the beds were comfortable. We loved this property, and we would be delighted to stay there again if we come back to Fraser! Nick

excellent!

our stay was great! The place was clean, and comfortable. The large hot tubs a few hundred feet down the road felt great after a day of skiing. Safeway less than a mile away, the bus stop on the corner, and the ski area about 10 minutes away, made this the perfect location for us. Very happy with our stay!

Amazing Winter!

My husband and I spent the winter (October-March) here and we LOVED it. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The place was cozy with a nice fireplace that we used frequently and porch, and big enough to be able to comfortably work from there the entire time. The wifi was great the whole time and supported multiple zoom calls at once. The Meadowridge community center with the gym and hot tub was a really nice amenity for us and we used it frequently. The bus to the Winter Park resort (and all around the Fraser/Winter Park area) picks up right outside, which was incredible. We took advantage of the access to the Fraser River Trail to walk into downtown Winter Park and to Safeway as well. I can't say enough good things about this condo, Fraser, and Winter Park in general and our time there. Matt was really great to work with, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

White Christmas

An excellent place to stay! We had a lovely White Christmas 🎄 and enjoyed the condo. Lots of space and big rooms. The Hot tub at the rec centre is great!

Nice little mountain get away

We had a great time in Fraser staying at Meadow Ridge. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the complex's wonderful amenities like the fitness room and pool. Matthew was very accommodating when we asked to adjust our check in time. Great way to relax with our little family!

Perfect ski condo

My friend and I wanted a place to work and ski for a couple of weeks and this Fraser condo was perfect. It was just a short drive to Winter Park and everything else (grocery, liquor store, etc.) was nearby. The complex has a nice clubhouse with pool, hot tub, racket ball courts, billiards, and gym. It was nice each having a washer/dryer in the unit and our own bedroom and bathroom. The living room is spacious with a great view of the mountains, which you can really take in from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and all the usual dry goods and condiments that made cooking hassle free. Matt was an outstanding host and was very responsive to our questions.

Great Condo

My family and I had a great time in this condo! Plenty of room and the facilities were great. The nearby Rec centre was great to unwind in the hot tubs and the kids had fun In the pool and the indoor sport courts. Location was great- easy access to the supermarket and nearby restaurants. It was great that our son could catch the bus back from Winter Park to virtually the front door of the condo!

Great condo!

This condo was great for our ski trip. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath was great for my two grown kids and myself. As the description states, the clubhouse is great and close - loved the huge hot tubs after a day of skiing! Sure I wish they'd be right outside my condo door but being a 1 minute drive (or 5 minute walk?) was still very nice. Enjoyed the meadow view and mountains in the background outside the window - would be great in the good weather for sitting on the deck! Kitchen fully stocked, and everything you need in the condo. Matthew was very helpful if needed. Shuttle bus was very convenient to Winter Park ski resort with stop right outside door. I'd definitely stay there again!

Fun little condo with mountain view near clubhouse

Clean! Convenient location!

Definitely stay here! It’s a clean condo, convenient location in the Winter Park/Fraser area. Walk to the pool in one minute. Sit on the deck and drink coffee. This place definitely deserves five stars.

Great condo!

The condo was clean, had Apple TV and cable. Plenary of towels and kitchen stuff, TP and paper towels. Bunk beds weren't super comfortable but overall, this was a great place to stay!

great location and unit

we had two families consisting of 4 adults and 4 children total and this unit worked out great for us. We mostly were out and about in Rocky Mountain National park, the hot springs, etc. and this was a great place for us to come back to at night and cook dinner and relax. We also enjoyed the location and checked out the 3 of the local parks (2 in Fraser, 1 in Winterpark) and our children loved being close to the parks. We also took advantage of the heated pool and hot tubs twice and loved having that option as well. Even in October, the pools were warm enough for our kids to swim in. We would highly recommend this unit to stay in. Things were nice, organized, and Matthew was very helpful in the planning.

Clean, cozy and spacious for 3 couples and a baby

My family had a great time at the condo. Matthew was very hospitable and accommodating for our stay in his condo. Prior to the trip he answered all my questions and was helpful. My family had 3 adult couples and my nephew. We used the kitchen quite a bit, the grill, went to the pool, and felt pretty comfortable there. Overall it was a nice place to stay. It was clean and having 2 bathrooms was nice. I would highly recommend staying there.

just as described!

We enjoyed our view of the mountains and being walking distance to the rec center and grocery store! The condo is clean with all the necessities of home and located close to LOTS of tourist attractions. We enjoyed hot sulpher springs, the YMCA of the Rockies, lots of walking trails in and out of the Rocky Mountain National Park and the adventure pass at Winter Park which includes the longest alpine slide in Colorado. I would recommend bringing fishing poles as the Fraser River is also walking distance.

Condo was great size and maximized sleeping space!

Had a great trip! We had 4 adults, 2yr old, 4yr old, & 6 month old, perfect amount of space. The pull out couch is awesome for pull outs. Easy access to slopes, the bus comes right by the condo, just walk out the door and your basically at the bus stop! Fraser excellent town, great little shops, restaurants and the community center is very nice! The only thing that could have been better was the towels provided were quite thin and could use an upgrade in the near future. Overall we would stay there again, owner gave great info on area and super easy access for check in/check out!

Great apartment in a quiet complex

We visited Frasier for the first time in February and the temps varied from 39 degrees to -8 - and the apartment was always warm enough for us. Each room has individual temp control and the fireplace works great. Matthew was incredibly helpful leading up to our visit and all instructions were clear. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of storage for luggage. There's a big snow filled field right outside the apartment and we had fun playing every morning. The location is convenient to Frasier, Winter Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Snow tubing, excellent Mexican food and the grocery store are five minutes away. Plenty of room for a family of four - highly recommend!
