"The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. "

Was later told it was not available to guests. Fine with me. Also, advertised with hot tub, which they had, but did not work very well. One the jets didn't work, the other didn't have enough water. The front door did not lock. tried every combination possible with no luck. Contacted Grand Welcome at least four...
