  • Bela cabine para todas as estações. Senta-se no topo de uma colina com lago privado em 4 acres de propriedade. Cabine principal é 850 sf e tem cozinha completa com geladeira, fogão elétrico, microondas e cafeteira. Duas camas queen size, loft, banheiro completo, TV, lavadora / secadora, fogão a lenha e deck amplo. Há uma cabine mini sf 400 individual que tem uma cama queen size, banheiro completo, frigobar, microondas e TV. Ambas as cabines possuem aquecimento e AC. Fogueira enorme com vista para lagoa com churrasqueira para o topo. 25 minutos de carro rápido para Ellicottville, NY e estância de esqui Holiday Valley! Local perfeito para acampar, fazer caminhadas, caçar, esportes de inverno, ou simplesmente levantar os pés, apreciar o fogo e ver o cervo tomar uma bebida matinal no lago. As TVs via satélite têm capacidade WIFI e o serviço de telefonia celular geralmente é bom na cabine para a instalação de um hot spot móvel. Não há internet. Ambas as cabines estão incluídas no preço do aluguel. O check-in é às 16:00 e o check-out às 11:00. A lagoa não é abastecida com peixes. Não aceitamos dinheiro ou cheques para pagamento.

Beautiful, relaxing, rustic getaway. Perfect setting to reconnect with family and friends. Large pond great for morning and evening walks with dogs. Fire wood provided. Close to Ellicottville. Local grocery store for food and meal options.

Plan on acquiring local dry firewood if there's been recent rains, as provided wood is uncovered and wont be in a condition to burn.The cabins were great. If you like to cook for a lot of people you might need to bring your own stuff.

Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!

This is such a quaint cabin with so much privacy! It was wonderful staying here and getting away for a long weekend. Property is so beautiful!

Long weekend visiting my daughter.

We met my daughter for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is a beautiful with a lovely additional guest cottage. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Lovely cabins in a quiet, relaxing area. Having the guest house was very convenient for our family. Absolutely beautiful property. Very accommodating host, would definitely book again!

My friends and I have stayed at this place about 6 times in the fall. We all love it especially the campfires and they also supply the wood which is great. We will be back in the fall.

Peaceful

We love to stay here. The property and housing are well maintained and welcoming. Perfect for sitting and reading a book as well as dinner with friends. Beautiful property.

Family Vacation

Loved the property! Was a much needed relaxing vacation for my family and I. Our 2 year old Husky loved it as well! Definitely recommend and a day trip to Letchworth State Park is only a 40 minute drive.

Amazing getaway experience!

This place was exactly as described. It was so nice to be able to watch the leaves fall and have a cozy fire when it got cold. The cabin next to the house was so nice to have a separate space but all be on site with our family. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful getaway!

Hidden Gem

We absolutely love this place! This is our third time and we can’t wait to come back again. We had so much fun catching all the wildlife in the pond. Super close to Ellicottville. Very pet friendly. We loved the updates the made to the cabin and really shows how much care they put into the place

Awesome getaway

This was our 5th trip to this cabin. We really love the remote area and the atmosphere. This year it seemed a little more worn and we had a minor issue but overall it’s a great place!

The last resort is our first choice!

Had a fantastic stay! This is our second visit and we will be making it an annual tradition! Wonderful private pace with a pond that has a ton of wildlife. Additional side cabin for extra guests. All ages will love this place. Super pet friendly

Fabulous Getaway

Beautiful property just as described. We had an issue with the TV and they were very responsive. We ended up wanting to stay longer and they were very accommodating and allowed us to finish out the week at the cabin. Will certainly be back again in the near future.

An unbelievable vacation for all ages

This was a beautiful cabin that was perfect for sour whole family with two dogs! An amazing pond behind the cabin with frogs which we had fun trying to catch. Took a walk around the pond everyday. Went down into town where we enjoyed food from Frankeez and Rizzos. Ellicotville is just a short 20 minute drive. We will absolutely be back again!

Happy New Year!

With everything going on this year of 2020, and limitations on travel, we decided to try something different this year. We decided to have a staycation within the home state and within a few hours of home. We decided to start the new year quietly and with just our family. We found this listing and it looked fantastic. The photos and description were on point. The property is out of the way, quiet and beautiful. The middle of winter and the great windows overlooking the lake and woods set the perfect setting for a fire in the stove and time together. With a full kitchen, plenty of sleeping space and wood for the fire, the stay was great. The proximity to Ellicottville gave us plenty of time to ski, shop and eat in the local restaurants over a few days. It was a great way to celebrate the new year in a warmth, comfort and ideal setting. We look forward to revisiting.

Great secluded getaway

We stayed recently with our adult children for a weekend ski trip. This was our second visit to the cabins and we enjoyed it as much this time as our previous visit. It's about a 20 to 25 minute drive from Holiday Valley, so not a bad drive. The cabins are in a wooded setting down a long drive, so the location is very private. With fresh snow, the scenery was beautiful and absolutely serene. The only caution I would provide is to make sure that you have a vehicle that handles the snow well - AWD or 4WD preferrably. For this trip we rented a 12 passenger van so that we wouldn't have to drive 2 cars. On our first morning when leaving to ski, we were stuck in the driveway and couldn't make it up the slight incline of the driveway. Finally, with the help of a little kitty litter and everyone pushing, we got the van out. From then on, we parked at the end of the drive and walked (probably about a 100 yards or so). All in all though, we enjoyed the weekend and would definitely stay there again.

Serene location

Beautiful property. Pond, fire pit and cabin were great- well maintained. The bedroom in the additional cabin could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely property. 4 acres were great for privacy and room for dogs.

Peaceful getaway

The cabin and surroundings were perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy life. Did the short drive to Ellicottville for dinner. Were able to let our pups swim and explore freely which we love. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Only issue was satellite dish TV box in guest house could not get a signal. By the way the guest house was as beautiful as the main house. Cannot wait to book again in the future.
