Charged my credit card; even though I told them that I was paying cash for the room.. Made me pay 100.00 deposit before they gave me the keycard, said that it would be returned after inspection of the room at checkout!!!"

"The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!"

"Remarkable stay! My son and I were staying for one night for a basketball tournament. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, letting us check in 2 hours earlier, and checkout and hour later. Everything is new, pretty, and useful. The best thing about the rooms is the mini kitchen. Overall an amazing stay, comfortable beds, great breakfast included, and. Supermarket right across the street to buy fresh produce."

"I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again"

"This place was VERY clean, the staff extremely helpful from texting after we got there if we needed anything, and anything they could do for us which I felt was amazing, The next day I texted to see if rooms are cleaned everyday which I didn't care I just wanted to see if I could get more towels, the response was within minutes saying the room would be lightly cleaned and new towels/wash clothes would be in the room and it was.. "We had a great time at this hotel! We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every bit of it! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the pillows were perfect, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even the food at the bistro was good! And we enjoyed the fire pit outside! All in all, I have no complaints about staying here! And it's close to so many fun things!!"

"Breakfast great with healthy choices. Oatmeal bananas oranges, and yogurt and applesauce for the kids. My five and seven-year-old grandchildren loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub with lots of towels available. Room and bathroom were super clean. Mattresses on the firm side, but comfy. Walk to Dutch Wonderland and outlets. Our room faced the highway and a couple noisy trucks during the night, but it didn’t bother us and we will definitely be back."
