"Great stay. Roomy. Nice location."

"We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again."

"Our host was very loved our cabin very cleanhelpful and were very comfortable "

"We had a wonderful stay overall the stay was good very spacious for our family. The deck cushions need to be cleaned we were not able to sit out there at all. Also the basement to do laundry the dryer needs to be vented outside and there a lot of dead mice."

"Great location — we were able to see everything we wanted and explore the area easily. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was that the living room and dining room blinds didn’t go all the way down, but the host was very responsive and wasn’t aware of it until we mentioned it. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back."

"We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans we needed, which made it easy to cook dinner while catching up with family. The large dining room table was perfect for everyone to gather around. The deck was one of our favorite spots. The black chairs warmed up in the sun, making it so cozy to sit outside in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.Another plus was that every bedroom had its own...

"Nice pet friendly place to stay"

"Love it! Great location, and comfy cottage."

"This was a perfect rental for our family vacation. It was clean, comfortable and a great location central to town. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful with a pond and trees off the back porch. The host was prompt, responsive and helpful."

"Great house!"

"COZY! Located in a very convenient location that's tucked away on a quiet side street. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing in between adventures. Our guests appreciated having their own separate apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. The house itself brought me straight to my childhood when we would visit the Grandparents... It's older, but well cared for and loved. Everything was clean and ready for us. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy. We...

"The Lincoln House was the perfect place to stay for our extended family vacation. What a beautiful home! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable. It was amazing to have so much space to hang out in. We loved the downstairs area with the pool table and darts. Outside we enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and the children loved playing in the yard. The location of the house was perfect. There were stores and...

"Clean, perfect location for our needs!"

"Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more."

"The cabin and hot tub was a 10/0. So relaxing and inviting. We will be booking again for another visit."
