This kid-friendly, 5-bedroom/3 full bath, 3,000 sq ft home is a 5 min walk (30 second drive) to the ski lifts (6 houses down the street actually), Pemi River, and Adventure Center (ice skating, bikes, zip line, rock climbing, and more)! This 3-level home is conveniently outfitted with 5G WiFi, 3 smart Hi-Def TVs all wired with cable, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful rustic furniture throughout, washer/dryer, parking for 5 cars (including a garage spot), and ample toys for kids. Multiple ways to get to mountain: drive (less than 30 seconds to parking lot) or walk (5 minutes to lift)! Most of our guests tell us they walk so to avoid the traffic that others get caught up in.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to have a dinner party, including an outdoor gas grill. You will have peace of mind knowing our home is professionally cleaned for each stay and linens professionally laundered before each stay. Early check-in may be available- please ask!

Off the spacious back deck, you will hear the subtle rumble of the Pemi River (few hundred feet away), as well as enjoy seasonal winter views of the surrounding White Mountains and the river, all overlooking a nicely landscaped backyard.

In addition to being so close to the ski lifts, the home resides in a prime summer location, with a short 5 minute walk to the Pemi River to swim or lay out, as well as a 5-7 minute walk to the Loon Mountain Adventure Center, where you will find bike rentals, zip lining, rock climbing wall, kids bungi trampoline, ice skating and more!

In addition, guests love the complementary use of our Charter Membership at The Mountain Club on Loon (only available to homeowners actually residing on Loon Mountain), which includes unlimited access and no blackout dates for up to 8 guests to: cardio and weight rooms, complementary group exercise classes (yoga, spinning, strength training, etc.), indoor pool, hot tub, basketball/racquetball and outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day). The Charter Membership provides guest with a private parking pass, discount to spa services at Viaggio Spa, and 10% off at Loon's Black Diamond Pub restaurant. There is also a game room for kids in the resort.

Summer activities include a few of the most gorgeous hiking climbs for all abilities including: 4,000 foot climb, The Flume, The Basin, and Indian Head, as well as golf nearby and Echo Lake Park. Other attractions include Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Hobo Railroad, Lost River, Woodstock Brewery, Ice Castles and many more- all within a 10-15 minute drive!
