When we told the front desk guy he said he would be up in a bit with a plunger. We thought he would plunge it, but no, he left it outside the door with a bag and glove. "The beds were very uncomfortable and felt like they were sinking in the middle. The pool was much smaller than expected and did not look like the photos. The carpet felt old and unclean. Because the building is older, noise was a significant issue. Doors throughout the property slammed loudly and would shake the building.
