"Varanasi é um lugar caótico e os hotéis seguem o padrão. Esse aqui é um horror. Sei que é um hotel relativamente barato, mas mesmo pelo preço deveria ser muito mais cuidado. Lençóis sujos, banheiro ruim demais. Um camundongo saiu de trás da torradeira enquanto esperava meu pão de manhã! Fuja!"

Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast."

Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights."

"On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved. 1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr. 2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad....

"The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel. Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking. The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate."

It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect. I don't know why website saying Four Star.
