Our recently renovated boutique property, with 8 units onsite, offers a prime location close to the beach, Okaloosa Island, Downtown FWB, and the Bay, yet far from tourist traps and the city's hustle and bustle. Our beach-themed rooms are designed to make you feel right at home, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities for your comfort and convenience.

Each room features a fully stocked kitchenette with a coffee bar, cookware, plates, utensils, a two-burner stovetop, fridge, freezer, and microwave, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. There is also free onsite laundry and free parking, making it perfect for a longer stay or a TDY to Eglin or Hulburt.

Relax on our Zinus gel-infused memory foam mattresses while you enjoy streaming your favorite shows on our smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services available, and stay connected with super-fast WiFi.

Our units are designed to fit two people comfortably, but we can accommodate a third person on the couch if needed.

Guest Access:
You will access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.

You will be hard-pressed to find a spot that you can't walk to - there are some awesome restaurants and activities right nearby!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood has several businesses on the road front and residential properties beyond that. You’re only several blocks from shopping and local attractions, with the Bay and beaches on Okaloosa island only a few minutes drive.

Getting Around:
Parking is along the street, on the property side Gipson Pl (west side) and a driveway with one handicap spot. It’s best to have a car to get around but Uber and Lyft are available, and there’s a ton of options in walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
Seaside Escape is a limited-service, 8-unit boutique property. While there is no on-site management, our cleaning team is on the property daily and can assist when needed. Extra supplies are available in the shared laundry/supply room, and we’re always a message or call away!

This is not a secluded stay—other guests will be in the building. While the rooms are private and newly renovated, sound may carry due to thin walls.

Early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed but we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible.

The property is located one block off Eglin Parkway, in an older, revitalizing part of town. It’s tucked between two businesses, and while the property is well-lit, the surrounding street may feel dim at night. A nearby club can cause noise on Saturday nights, and occasional sirens may be heard due to the police/fire station a block away. Despite this, the area is safe and secure.

All guests must complete third-party screening and sign a rental agreement. Let us know if you’d like to review the agreement before booking.

Interaction with Guests:
We have cleaning staff who can be available when needed or for extenuating circumstances/emergencies. Otherwise, you will have a contact-less check-in and checkout procedure - easy as pie. Extra supplies and amenity items are stored on-site for you and if needed we'll share instructions on how you can access them.
