Great place on the beach and Ocean!

Great place to stay in Fort Walton! This is our second time staying at this condo unit. Great owner and great condo! We like that it is family friendly and that it is a smaller condo building- meaning the beach is less crowded than other places near by.

Comfortable, Peaceful, Beautiful and Wonderful

My husband and I came for a much needed rest and refresh. That’s what we got…and so much more! The condo is adorable and easy to cook in with all the amenities. It’s a quiet area but so close to great places to eat and things to do. We are planning on returning.

Such a wonderful condo!

The condo was simply fabulous. Actually the best location in the entire building. Equipped with everything you need. Pat was always available to answer questions and provide information. We really enjoyed our time there, it's a shame that the 14 days were over so quickly. It wasn't our first visit to Fort Walton Beach, but it was certainly the best! Hopefully we will have the opportunity to rent this great apartment again in the future. Thanks! Corinna and Sven

Quiet and clean

This was our first time staying in the Okaloosa area. We love the Florida coast especially the quieter, less crowded beaches! Property was very clean and quiet. While the view is excellent and 100 ft from the beach, be aware condo is a 3rd floor walk up and you must walk down stairs and behind building to access the beach catwalk. We had a great stay!

Great Experience!

LOVED our stay! The building is older but it had everything we needed. #1 being an amazing location! The condo was very comfortable and loved the decor. The owner has things available for guests that you don't normally find in other stays. Detergents for laundry and dishes, beach towels, spices, and more! The bed, bedding & couches were all great. The view from the balcony is perfect! The included beach service is only steps away!! You need to go down early to be sure you get your favorite spot. The owners are nice, responsive, and truly want you to enjoy your vacation. We loved our stay and plan on booking again next. year!

Great View

Pros: great view, good decor and floors very clean... Walked around barefoot and left flip flops at the door... Feet clean after walking around barefoot. Kitchen stocked VERY well, nothing needed from home whatsoever. Cons: 3rd floor is alot of stairs. Things not cleaned well above 4ft. Fridge set so high that beer was ice cold but milk was actually frozen and eggs frozen and cracked...ruined alot of food. Freezer had no ice so we made multiple ice runs. The bed- worst sleeping experience of my entire life, would have preferred a pallet on the floor to this child's soft mattress. Also, previous guest or cleaning crew must have washed a large load of laundry and left it in the washer to mildew drastically... It was washed again but the smell of bacteria and mildew was so strong would couldn't sleep in the bed. We HS dyo strip all linens at midnight, find clean sheets and sleep with blankets the kids used on the car ride down... The mildew smell was on towels and other linens as well. The lock was not complicated but the directions were not clear...and my dad's a locksmith and I'm very handy....not just me for certain!

Great Condo and Location!

Great spot! We went all around Fort Walton, Navarre, and Destin, and it's close to everything without the crowds. Very clean, comfy bed/couch, and beautiful beach which is what we came for! The Boardwalk was a lot of fun! Fireworks, luau, returants, shops, movie night, etc. Had a great 1st time there!

Perfect View - Wonderful Host!

Had a great week in this condo with my daughter and 2 teen grandkids. Great location with a perfect view of the Gulf. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. Pat is a wonderful host. Everyone was very confortable.. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. in the kitchen. We also used the outdoor grill near the pool area. Property was exactly as advistized and pictured.

Just what we needed...

We got just what we expected and what we were hoping for. We needed to get out of the rat race of our life and go to a happy place for resting, relaxing and restoring. This Condo and location was the perfect spot for that! We are definitely considering when we can do this exact vacation again!!

Cozy and Quiet

Enjoyed our stay here, didn’t want to leave! The condo is very cozy. The view is spectacular and the bed is oh so comfortable. There were no beach chairs in the unit, but it wasn’t really an issue. The mattress cover on one of the sofa beds wasn’t clean (I don’t believe this is cleaning crew’s fault as everything else in the condo was immaculate - I’m sure the previous user just didn’t take it off for cleaning, it looked like crumbs of some sort). Would definitely stay here again!

Just lovely

Everything was just lovely! The condo was incredibly clean with everything we needed. We loved the decor and the views from all the doors and windows was stunning! Especially the sunsets. We watched manta rays play in the waves westward down the beach like we’ve never seen before. So everything was …just lovely!

Island Sands

Great location, right on the beach. Unit was clean and Pat was helpful. The area has lots of shops and good restaurants and is near Destin and Navarre. The beach wasn't very crowded especially compared to Destin. Would recommend
