This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, a smart TV, and balcony access. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to the hallway bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

BFF girls trip for a win! Beautiful condo with beautiful views! The master bedroom was a bit warm throughout our stay though. As we walked into the living room you could feel the difference. Other than that, we had zero negatives.

Almost totallly perfect!!! The king bed in the master bedroom sags in the middle and the sheets do not stay on the bed. Also the television in the living room area does not have a remote that works. At first we could only access hunting channels. Then we found ION. Needs to be fixed. It is not the battery.

We’ve stayed at island princess several times! We love the property and enjoy coming back each year! This particular unit we stayed in this time was clean, comfortable and well decorated! Well stocked with towels and pots/pans, silverware… all the things! Master bed is very comfortable! The kids said the twin beds were just okay.

Condo was very clean paint job was a nice upgrade. Only complaint I would state TVs are hard to operate. Too many kids in the hot tub.

The condo was clean and matched the pictures. The AC worked great and their was plenty of hot water in the showers and the elevators never broke down. The view from the balcony is wonderful and the pool below was warm and clean. The overall grounds were clean and maintained. The beach service with two chairs and an umbrella was nice. We payed over $2000 for 4 nights here but we found out that the room did not even have a simple coffee starter kit. A few packets of Splenda/sugar/creamer and a coffee packet or two should have been complimentary as every other place I've ever been to over the years. After a long days travel to finally get to the condo and be on vacation, you have to find a Publix to buy coffee for the next morning, that just seemed like an insult to me after paying that much money for the condo. The white sugar sand beach was beautiful and the ocean was emerald green as advertised. No seaweed or sharp shells to hurt your feet as you walked into the ocean. My wife and I and my two young adult children did feel out of place here though as most of the clientele were extended families with young kids or young teenagers. Everybody was super friendly but just to advise of what to expect if you come here. You definitely need a car as nothing is walk-able. Our preference is to have a place nearby to walk for breakfast or maybe ice-cream. I also would have enjoyed a tiki-bar or outdoor cafe which might have a musician playing sing along beach songs in the evenings.

All was great except Cable wasn’t working properly and it was a big Sunday for golf on Sunday. So we left to watch TV at a local restaurant. Our plans to cook and eat at condo changed. Disappointing. Rental company tried to reach cable company but they were t available to come do service the day we departed 👎. Overall a nice place.

My sister and I have been doing a sister's trip for years, this condo fit the bill perfectly. It was as advertised and the property manager was great at communicating. Clean, cozy and what a view!!! Ocean view was simply the best!! Enjoyed our stay and we already look forward in booking this for 2023!

We have stayed at many condos for at least 10 years of coming to Destin. We have found our forever condo! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It is supplied with everything you could possibly need. They always get back with you if you have a questions. This will be our forever condo every year from here out. This property is very well maintained and was very clean. Beautifully furnished property - not outdated. Included everything you need from extra towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies to last you through a week stay easily. Would recommend this property and management. Both were top notch!
