Soak up the sun at Gulfside condominiums in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Relax at this unique property that overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the private balconies or Rooftop pool! Walk right out to the beach! There is nothing like the million-dollar views from the rooftop pool deck! This property is close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. Visit The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing, or The Boardwalk just up the road. You can even bring up to 2 pets, around 80 lbs or less with a pet fee of $250!



The Space:

This 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo includes: A beautifully designed kitchen that is fully stocked for meal prep with a large breakfast bar. A living area with dining table, flat screen TV to stream your favorite shows, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a large private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer.

Good little place right on beach

Came down for a quick trip over Memorial Day weekend. Conveniently located right on the beach, close to restaurants. It was nice to have complimentary beach chairs & umbrella! Communication with host was great!

Great place in Fort Walton

The condo has a nice layout. The balcony is large with nice outdoor furniture. There was a mix-up with our code but we messaged Kimberly and she was there in ten minutes.

Prefect view and lots of character

There are lots of places with views in this area but I’d have to say this is one of the best. I wanted to sit on the balcony at night, margarita in hand and see/ listen to the waves. It backs up right to the beach (the pool is rooftop which also gave amazing views). The 2nd reason I chose here was the character of the space. It’s fun and very comfortable.

The condo is unique, has everything you need - very nice. The rooftop pool is very good, less traffic - fabulous views.The location is close to many activities and attractions. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Spring Break

Very nice property. Beach access just feet away from building entrance. Very nice that the host provided all basic necessities ( bath soaps/dish liquid ect.) Also amazing to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella available everyday! Small corner store within walking distance.

Ahhh! The view!

I go for the view, and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m 81 and on oxygen so l spend my time on the balcony. I did go up to see the pool. It was very nice. The view there was great, but they could have added some seating. There were a lot of steps up to it so I didn’t go back.The unit was very clean. I did the white glove test. The only dust was on the artificial plants which really need to go.The unit was very dark with dark wood floors and ceilings and black furniture and cabinets. The master bathroom needs a door.Overall, the unit is very dated, but that didn’t keep us from enjoying our 3 days there. The beds were VERY comfortable. The guest bedroom does need a fan.

Great vacation getaway

We spent a week in early Sept 2024 while Hurricane Francine was approaching so we experienced some less then perfect weather but it all turned out really quite nice. The condo layout was perfect for the four of us and had all the amenities we needed so we made ourselves at home. Beds were great with white cotton sheets, long runner rugs in hallway were a benefit, great balcony furniture and very conveniently located to everything Ft/Walton/Destin. The view is fantastic and was actually more enjoyed the cloudy days. It was the end of the season, so some things could be addressed in terms of cleanliness but we own a cleaning business and are particular. We liked it so much we actually rebooked for the same week next year.

Loved the 6th floor unit. Clean and just as pictured. Great balcony with plenty of furniture. Couldn’t hear other guests — the concrete is wonderful.

A Pleasant Stay

The property was as advertised, though the beverage cooler was inoperative. We had an air conditioning problem which was addressed pretty quickly considering it was a weekend. The property manager gave us the option of using another unit while the issue was being addressed which was very nice. The gulf view is spectacular. The rooftop pool was great. When the pool is out of site it is out of mind which tends to make it a more intimate experience with less people. The beds were comfortable. The master bath/utility area could be better designed as there is not much space for luggage/clothes storage. All in all the unit is a nice unit and we would consider coming back next year. The big PLUS is the acceptance of pets. Not many units on Okaloosa Island accept pets so that fact overides just about any issues.

Steps to the beach

I recently had the pleasure of spending a delightful week at a beachside property that was just steps away from the sand, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. The location was unbeatable; we could walk out the door and onto the beach in mere minutes. This proximity made spontaneous beach trips incredibly convenient, whether for early morning sunrises or late evening strolls. The property itself was charming and well-maintained. Our accommodations were comfortable and offered fantastic views of the ocean, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the coast from the moment we woke up. The sound of the waves and the gentle sea breeze added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Spacious, clean, great view and beach access

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, the organization and the communication from Kimberly lang. We also really loved having beach towels provided as it cut our laundry in half. When I was booking, I was hesitant because large dogs are allowed and there was a rooftop pool. The place was very clean with no evidence or smell of dogs at all. The rooftop pool was actually very cool and allowed us to see beautiful sunsets. Thank you so much for everything.

Great vacation

We loved the place. It was a fun and quirky. The long hallway was awesome 😁 The condo was very clean and we were very comfortable there. We were able to bring our two dogs and that was a big deal for us. The beach was beautiful and basically right outside the door. We also got to meet a couple of the residents that live in the building and they were very friendly. My only complaint was that there was no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

False property listing

The property & condo was great for a older building. The master bedroom desperately needs to replace the mattress as it has a deep crevice on both sides. This property was listed as a 3bedroom. We did not see that it was only a 2bedroom until the day of our arrival. I was told I would have call back with reimbursement fee details by Kimberley Lang property management on two separate phone calls but no returned call. The condo itself was nice.
