Responded right away.. only down fall maybe supply some coffee? Or ottle waters? Great location. Boys loved it here and will be back. Maybe put some felt pads on chairs to slide eaiser.. a few more kitchen tools? Otherwise it was a great stay. Maybe a guest book? Some information on events down by the pool?Otherwise we will book again. Kitch cabinet was damaged. I feel the cleaning price was a little overboard when it wasnt the cleanest for the feee. We did strip all the beds and washed all the towels. Thanks for letting us stay.. we loved Destin
Pool was amazing security was beyond rude the key codes were not working and security was yelling at everyone cause the wrist bands were not working also.

Great property, lots of great amenities! The pools were fantastic, and lots for my son to do! Beach access was great and super close! Many walkable restaurants and activities near by! My son loved the bunk room and having his own space, parking was also super easy and very near the unit! We had a great time, grandparents included!

Beautiful family vacation

Overall a great place to stay! Clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was there. The only complaint was minor, there were beer cans in the trash of the master bath when we arrived and some towels that were clearly used. But nothing that hurt our trip. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and tvs. The balcony was amazing. Would definitely rent this place again. The beach and pools were amazing.

Awesome resort

Went to Waterscape with my family and we had a fabulous time. Resort and room accommodations were great! Definitely bring extra supplies of toilet paper and trash bags. Room didnā€™t come with any shampoo or conditioner so you need to bring that as well. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

The stay was nice but their was blood in the guest bathroom trash can. Their was bugs in between the wall and bed on the bunk beds. The floors were not mopped. The overall stay was good but the room was dirty.

Family spring break trip

We were very pleased with our stay here. The condo was comfortable and clean. It was easy to get to the pools into the beach once we figured out how to get there without walking through the parking garage. We never did get in any of the pools because the water was a little chilly, and the heated pool was crowded, not surprisingly. We spent most of our time at the beach after the weather warmed up the second day. Other reviews mentioned noise from the parking garage, but we didnā€™t notice it. We actually appreciated the proximity of the car. We were able to walk to get seafood dinners every night.

September Trip

We have stayed at waterscape several times on the past 4 years with zero issues. This trip however, the condo floor was filthy, the dishes were dirty and in the cabinets that way (dirty)! The property manager sent the cleaning lady back to clean the floors. Nothing was done to compensate, such as refund our cleaning deposit. I did dishes my 1st morning of vacation so my family could eat breakfast. This unit did not come with beach chairs either. That was a first for us.

Spring break trip

The actual condo was fine, other than a lot of parking lot noise heard at all hours and lack of kitchen supplies. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable but probably wouldnā€™t pick this one again.

Love Waterscape!

We absolutely loved Waterscape; we have a one and two-year-old and there were plenty of activities to keep them busy without having to leave the property for a week. It was nice to take them out for naps and head right out again. Pinkieā€™s was great to work with; super responsive and very easy check-in process. The location of the condo was great with easy elevator and parking access, but furthest away from the beach. Our only complaint was that some areas of the condo needed a deep clean such as sand in the corners of the bunk beds. Overall it was pretty clean though and great kitchen supplies.

The condo was as described. We had plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teens, 5 y/o and 2 y/o. Itā€™s in a great location with a beautiful view. The pools were very nice and the beach was a short walk away.

Family Vacation

First time we could all be together and I couldnā€™t have picked a better place. I absolutely loved Waterscape. First time to stay here and it was perfect. Very kid friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious . Will definitely be back again.

Nice, but could be better

The location is great! The condo layout is very nice and perfect for a family (we were traveling with our 4 kids). Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo is nice. It could use some deep cleaning, such as baseboards and ceiling fans. The kitchen walls need scrubbed as well. Compared to other condos I have stayed in, this one was not well stocked. We needed to provide trash bags and basic cooking items, like a cookie sheet. There were a few smaller pans in in the unit, but they were quite dirty. Overall, I would stay at Waterscape again, but I would chose a new condo and that is unfortunate, because we loved the location of this unit.

Wonderful resort, will be back!!

This property was perfect for 8 of us. Read everything you need. On the resort and right on the beach. Very clean. The manager was very prompt in getting us what we needed like the bracelets for the water park. We were also 5 minutes within everything, all the stores, food etc. Can't wait to go back, we will be booking the same suite!

Loved this spot

This unit is located directly off the parking garage so you don't have to walk far at all to get to your room, but it is about as long as the walk gets walking through the water park to get to the ocean. I liked being on the back wall building C and the view from our patio.

Cozy place to stay

Very nice, clean, cozy place to stay. The location was great even from the parking garage to the front door. The view was very welcoming wasnā€™t right above the waters but it still made it worth the stay. The pools were awesome...the furniture was great along with the kitchen items left for us to use. Our teens had a complete blast they didnā€™t want to leave and are begging to go back. Our younger one had no problem meeting other children to play with and she loved the little cozy bunk area. This property is definitely on our come stay again list.
