This beautifully decorated condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family vacations or group getaways where everyone values their privacy. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a stress-free stay. The living area features a large sectional sofa, perfect for unwinding after a fun day at the beach. You'll love the large dining table, perfect for family dinners or game nights! The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a luxurious new walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and its own private bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, with access to the hall bathroom. The living room couch also doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Step outside to your private balcony to take in the stunning pool and ocean views!

Other Things to Note:

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Whole Foods, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free resort/open network Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking passes are required during your stay. For your convenience, we'll provide two complimentary parking passes, which will be waiting for you in the unit upon your arrival. Please remember to display a pass on your vehicle's dashboard for the duration of your stay.

BEACH GEAR
⭐ Typically, you may find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the bedroom closet. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we cannot guarantee what will be available upon arrival.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included but rentals are available through La Dolce Vita! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.

POOLS/HOT TUB
⭐ Guests can enjoy the community pool and hot tub that is located at the front of the building off Scenic Gulf Drive. Please review and follow the safety guidelines posted near the pool area. Use of this amenity is at your own risk. For additional details, refer to the posted rules.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

GRILL
⭐ Grills are not allowed on the balcony. The resort has 2 grilling stations located on each side of the boardwalk on the beachside of the building.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
