7th Heaven at Majestic Sun will make that dream come true. Admire stunning gulf views right from the Kitchen, Living Room, and Master Bedroom. As you walk in you will see a colorful and bright Guest bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and beautiful lake views right from the window. The connecting Guest bathroom features exquisite granite counter-tops and an updated vanity with shower/tub combo.

Step out to the hall and you will make your way to the open Kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make your favorite meals. Don't forget to admire the Gulf views from the Kitchen while you are cooking. The Dining table includes seating for six plus two barstools at the kitchen bar. The Master bedroom is decorated with bright coastal accents and features a comfortable King sized bed. You also have private access to the large balcony and stunning views of the gulf right from your bed. The Master bathroom has double vanity sinks with granite counter-tops and a separate shower area. The living room also opens up to the balcony and includes a Queen sized sleeper sofa with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and additional chairs perfectly placed for relaxing in while drinking coffee and watching the morning waves. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit for your convenience as well.

At Majestic Sun beach resort, you can indulge in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, and more. With easy beach access, you can stroll across the street to the beach, lounge on the sugar-white sands, or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort. It is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!

Other Things to Note:

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Two (2) parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $15 fee for additional parking passes.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. We do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.

POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There is an indoor pool that is heated if the temperature falls below 80. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees. Pool hours are 8:00 am -10:00 pm daily year-round. There are no lifeguards at the pool, and your use of the pool is at your own risk. All pools have video surveillance, and pool users acknowledge they may be recorded. Follow all the rules posted in the pool area.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. Seascape HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for Resort grounds and amenities.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in to avoid cancellation with no refund.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
