The kitchen boasts a huge island with bar stool seating for five, perfect for watching a feast being prepared on the gas stove. The dining area off to the side offers seating for eight. Lounge on the sectional sofa and enjoy movies in the evening, while just out back is a private fenced yard with an inviting pool! The pool area is seasonally heated for an additional charge, providing plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy barbecues at the grill area. Outdoor loungers and table seating for four, along with a golf cart garage (should you choose to rent one), complete the first floor.

Venture upstairs, and at the top of the stairs, you'll find a huge barn door opening to the retro-style kids’ bunk room, decorated in bright teal and green, featuring a TV and ample room to play. This room includes four built-in bunks and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Across the hall is the laundry room, should you need it. This floor also includes two other bedrooms flanking the kids’ area: the Master with a King bed, a 55' TV, coastal distressed furnishings, a double vanity, oversized shower, and a water closet. The other bedroom has a King bed, decorated in silver and white for a modern feel, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

With 1,209 sq ft on the first floor, 1,198 sq ft on the second floor, and additional space for porches, balconies (213 sq ft), storage (40 sq ft), and a garage (123 sq ft), this home has it all for a super vacation.
