Horrible experience. Upon arrival at the property and entering the condo that didn't even have the unit number on the door, we immediately found the coffee maker did not work and the toaster was a complete wreck. Inner workings were destroyed. Contacted the very argumentative hosts who finally sent a new coffee maker and toaster. We also found the following: Washer/dryer did not work, tv in bedroom did not work, internet sign on information posted in condo was wrong, dishes very dirty, dishwasher not mounted and moving around when attempting to use it, a grill, and beach view are advertised, neither exist. Walls were filthy. Furniture was battered, looks like it was found on a street corner. At night, found a roach on the dining table. One of the chairs at the table had a leg ready to collapse when sat on. Toilets look like something from the fifties and continually clogged. The stove was in such bad condition with the burners not working or tilted where a pot would slip off of it when cooking. I had contacted the hosts directly to explain the issues and they only wanted to argue how I was wrong on everything and would not refund our money. I also contacted VRBO who proved to be useless and were not interested in complaints and said we can post a review. BTW, when calling VRBO, the call center is based in INDIA!
This whole experience was so bad, we left with four days remaining on the rental. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else! read reviews! the 100 out of 100 are fake.
