3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom remolded town-home. Only a 60 second walk to the beach and located next to the swimming pool. Southbay is a community of townhome that is located on the Gulf of Mexico. The property has a 5 acre lake that is stocked with bass and brim. You and your family will enjoy our piece of paradise. Pack your suntan lotion and flip flops and head down to Destin, Florida and have a great time. Beach service includes 2chairs and 1 umbrella service starts March 1 and ends Nov 1 set up everyday with your booking

Location excellent ! Check in and out seamless . Love the decor and floor plan . The master bedroom bed is amazing !!! I’m buying an adjustable bed ASAP . You haven’t lived till you experience bedtime on your phone with one . The negatives both upstairs toilets were unable to flush our entire stay . They sent someone over . Both flapper seals were broken …. He pushed them down so they each flushed once . Instead of making such a minor repair . Check in Thursday Check out Sunday was def enough time to have it corrected .

Amazing Property

This unit was the perfect for our family of 5...the size/amount of space was perfect, the craftsmanship and decor of the updates was beautifully done, the distance to the beach and pool was perfect. The people we encountered (both vacationers/renters and unit owners) were very kind and friendly. The location and distance to area restaurants and attractions was perfect. We loved our stay here and we definitely plan to book this perfect unit at this perfect location again!

Awesome family vacation

Tim was great to work with from the moment we booked our trip. He checked in on us several times during our vacation and provided great suggestions. The property is perfect! The location is central to everything in Destin. The private beach is a quick walk and the community pool is even closer. The condo is very clean, very well decorated/remodeled, and very comfortable. The property management for Southbay By The Gulf also does a great job maintaining the entire townhouse community, including the pools. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect beach rental

Wanted to take my parents on a beach trip to celebrate all the life things we missed over the year and this was the perfect rental to do so. It gave us ample space to spread out, we were steps from the beach and close to stores and restaurants. The property manager was great and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again the next time we’re in Destin.

Look No Further

We are a beach family....This rental was just amazing. Location was perfect for quick walk to the beach, pool or nearby restaurants. There is a grocery store just across the property if you prefer to eat in. The chair and umbrella service was phenomenal. You can easily pay for additional umbrellas and chairs so you don't have to lug anything else down to the beach. It only takes 1- 2 minutes from the front door until your feet are on the white sugary sand at the beach. They have a great freshwater station where you can clean up when your done playing or if you just need a break from the saltwater. Another thing of note is there are two restaurants on the beach in either direction (5 minute walk either way) if you want to eat beach side. One of the main factors of why we haven't stayed in Destin until this year was how crowded the beach can be. This is the best part of this Rental. You have dedicated private beach access without 3 to 4 rows of chairs to fight through. The area you are in is limited so the beach "crowd" is pretty small and thus it never felt crowded. I can't say enough great things about this rental or the management/owners. Anything we needed or questions we had were answered timely. Can't wait to book again!

Steps to the pool..steps to the beach. It was a perfect location. Lots of space and exceptional decor. Full kitchen and outdoor grill. We had ABSOLUTELY everything we needed. Management team was extremely helpful!

Beautiful property, fantastic location close to beach, awesome owners!

This property is in a great location - literally a 30 second walk to the sand, is gorgeously decorated inside, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need! The master bed was one of the comfiest nights sleep I've had in a while. And the owners were just a text away to answer any and all questions we had. A great experience all around!
