"We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again."

"Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. "Absolutely loved the cottage!! The space was perfect for vacation! The kids enjoyed the family area and the sand and Corn Hole boards. The owners were very helpful in getting a cottage booked and kept me up to date on everything I needed to know. I’ve already recommended Sum Beaches Paradise to multiple people!!! The A/C blew extremely cold and it was great!"

"This was a great place for my family and I to stay. Great for large groups. Perfect location. Nice and tidy. If you like it cold…the AC works great. The mattress in MB was firm but good. They should’ve supplied more trash bags in the kitchen. However, I did not ask for more. Other than that it was perfect "

"Wendy & Gary are the most gracious hosts! Their guest cottage is spectacular! I felt like a queen for 5 days. My son loved the upstairs suite all to himself while I enjoyed the spacious and beautifully appointed first floor. The cottage was clean, wonderfully decorated and well thought out. "The cottages were clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was super handy to have the “starter supplies” already in the cottages. The cottages are centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The gazebo out back was perfect for evening gatherings. "I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat the view and convenience! However, the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. It was very basic, mostly limited to changing towels and making the bed. Don’t expect a full cleaning during your stay. Also, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach service. While beach chairs and umbrellas are available, they need to be rented separately, which was a bit disappointing. Great location, but a few service upgrades would make a big difference."
