"This property is absolutely beautiful! We didn’t want to leave. The inside is decorated beautifully and so clean. It had everything me, my husband and 2 children needed. But the outside is the best. We lived in the back yard our entire stay. It is a peaceful oasis and again it has everything you need. We can’t wait to go back."

Outside property was very clean and well kept. Although there is a ton of fire ants. The dock was amazing, had a blast fishing. Definitely recommend and we will be returning for sure."

"We stayed in the cottages of IndianRiver lagoon waterfront cottages March 1-31 The cottages are quaint and cute . They are perfect for a couple or small families . If the cottage walls could speak, I am sure we would hear great stories of their 80 year history. The grounds are beautiful with walk ways and palm trees and flowering bushes. Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. There is a hole in the wall just above the couch that is the size of a coffee can. The wall in the dining room is fractured and falling apart. The closet in the master bedroom has mold on the ceiling, the bathroom is missing one of the sliding glass doors (and the one remaining one wasn't clean), the white binder that tells you about the area falls apart when you...

"Was really dirty. The fans were dripping with dirt/dust and worms in the very moldy bathroom. Had to cut it short. The whole place smelled like a sewer."

"Somewhat basic decor but kitchen, bath and bed were all more than adequate. Very close to wonderful choice of beaches. Lots of fishing opportunities. We enjoyed the stay and are planning a return trip."

"Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice."

"Our cottage was dirty. It had a bad odor. The air conditioners were dirty and moldy. There was a mouse which we caught in a trap. Laundry room was totally inadequate. There were gaps between the boards in the floor where you could see to the dirt. The owner was not helpful or nice! She was rather nasty, in fact. The pictures were like glamour shots. Not what it really looked like. I took pictures that show how it really looked. No one would be enticed by those pictures. Avoid this place!"

"First off, we have used vrbo and homeaway several times. We have always been happy with the quality of the properties and tend to overlook minor things. This one you can't ignore. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around, the floor in front of the commode looks as if you could easily fall through, palmetto bugs, completely rotted sink base in kitchen, rotted exterior unlevel floors etc. etc. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Don't go."

Ocean Village is a great place to stay with it’s own private beach and golf course and anything else you want to do is near by."
