Luxury Home located only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. 4 bdr/3.5 bath can accommodate up to 8 people. 80' canal with a boat lift and plenty of space for a second boat. Large dining table, breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen, spacious baths, recliner couch, large private pool. Cable TV, Wi-FI, washer & dryer, ironing board etc.
Very quiet and relaxing place ready for your next vacation!

PS: Please note that for the pool to be heated bookings need to be made at least 48h in advance.

Great location large home

The usable space and layout of the house is very good. The pool and view of the river is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with essential items. It does lack some basic maintenance. Landscaping was not inviting. The house has an issue with sugar ants, in the dining room, kitchen and one of the ground floor bedrooms. The towels are very ample in quantity but could use a refresh with newer items. Some of the pillows are sour and the rugs in the master bathroom are very dirty. We enjoyed our stay overall but some of the details are lacking.

Coral Way

Nice house, nice spot. Pool water was too warm, but other than that, great house for group of 10. Saw dolphins one night which was amazing and a great perk. A little more lights outside would have been nice because we were with our older dad, but overall was a great stay!!

Sky Villa Stay

This home was well laid out with plenty of room to spread out. The bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculate. A couple items to bring to your attention if you chose this property. 1) There are indoor cameras. We did not appreciate those. Outdoor cameras were expected. 2) Kitchen pans had been over used so we brought throw away oven pans. Oven was just not clean. Coffee pot smelled moldy, we brought a new one. 3) the fourth bedroom has a Murphy bed which was uncomfortable. To reach the fourth bedroom, you need to exit the main house and walk up a couple flights of stairs in a stairwell that is not air conditioned. 4) This house states it sleeps 10 people. We struggled sleeping 8 without using a space that was monitored by cameras.

Great stay - they need to disclose cameras though

We had a great 3 night stay at this property. Beautiful house, nice furnishings/furniture/etc…very well done. Pool and hot tub very nice as well. My only suggestion is they need to address the cameras inside the house. I get the cams in front and back of house, and to an extent I get the cam by the pool area, but I don't understand the cams in the house. There are two. One in the front foyer and one in the family/tv room. My suggestion is to disclose this in your listing so potential tenants can be in the know beforehand and not shocked the minute they walk in the door. I would imagine this is against vrbo rules. Again, as a simple suggestion it would have been nice to be made aware of this beforehand.

Had a great stay! Becky was awesome had the pool/hot tub turned on whenever we needed! She even mailed me back my radio I left behind!!! The house was fabulous and the pool was great!! Had a wonderful time!!There were cameras mostly outside surrounding the property and not a big deal! Thanks!

Our family needed a few days away together to just relax. This home was perfect. We had lots of fun in the pool, the home was beautiful, clean and cozy yet spacious, and the host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic Stay

From check-in through check out, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The property is clean, spacious and you can't beat the location. The property manager was fantastic and responded to the few questions we had almost immediately. The pool was warm and enjoyable and the hot tub was perfect for ending the day. Family getaway

We needed a few days away and decided this place looked spacious enough and enough to do that we wouldn’t even need to leave the house. Everything was as promised in the description of the home. Lots of little things that probably need to be fixed up in the home but nothing that really effected our stay. There was a lot of debri in the pool upon arrival and the pump is really strong enough to get it all to the filter, ultimately it would have been nice for the pool to be a little cleaner since we spent a lot of time there. I was also very uncomfortable with all the cameras in and around the home. I also never got a confirmation about check in and check out process. Never heard from the owner, even though I contacted multiple times. I ended up calling VRBO and they put in touch with the house watch person. Those few things added a little stress to day 1 but ultimately the home was beautiful and peaceful, just needs some updating and to be cleaned up a little bit.

Loved it!!

Fantastic property! Well equipped for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The pool was perfect, the seating in the kitchen area was awesome and the outside bar was fantastic!! The views couldn’t have been better as well. Thank you for a great stay and I would highly recommend to others!

Perfect quiet family getaway!

Our stay in this beautiful home was absolutely perfect. We had 4 adults and two kids (ages 5 & 2). The pictures listed do no do justice as to truly how gorgeous and unique this home is. -the hot tub is the beautiful waterfall area, separate from the pool (it’s own enclosed area) -the upstairs is considered the game room with an office, hideaway bed, bar, in-enclosed balcony (this is where we kept our 2 year old and he loved it- nice and quiet away from the rest of the house) -the pool was so so so nice! It overlooks the water, was nice and warm and big enough (about 10 yards) to do some laps! The outdoor bar overlooks the pool and water. Large and great location; just does not always receive direct sunlight. There is an absolutely adorable kids table that my children ate almost all their meals at. -the back patio above the pool is very comfortable with a swing, a could couches and a rocker chair -the master suite was insanely perfect from large and comfy bed, huge bathroom, awesome shower and tub! -the kitchen is so nice and large, well-equipped with everything you need to cook in -the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. We went for a walk a few nights and met several kind neighbors with very cute dogs! The only downsides we found were: -we could not get the TVs to work (Except the one in the family room area), which was actually a nice release from tv for a while -there are hundreds of light switches that we did not know which switch was for which light -the upstairs room where my 2-year old slept was so far from the master suite that the baby monitor did not work (it worked in all the other main parts of the house) ... that’s all!! We are absolutely going to come back as this house fulfilled all of our hopes in a family vacation!!

Pelican Villa Sky - Cape Coral Awesome place

Nicest VRBO I've stayed in! We arrived to an exceptional property as advertised. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. We had a couple of questions about the property and the property manager was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. The property owner gave us a small gift which was really appreciated. Best Home Ever...Can't Wait To Come Back

This property is gorgeous as well as warm and inviting. Clearly has been improved and updated since the pictures were taken, which is hard to believe because the pictures themselves are stunning. My family and I could not have enjoyed this house more. Immediately you get the impression that this is a home, not just an investment property or vacation rental. Furnishing are gorgeous and top notch and a PERFECT place for a group of family and friends. Owner was responsive and accessible via text which was ideal for our group and the property manager did everything they could to give us the most enjoyable stay and was responsive within minutes during our trip if we had a question. The filters didn't show this house to have a hot tub but that GORGEOUS waterfall area...THAT'S THE SPA!!! It was a great, private evening escape for the adults as our 3 and 5 year old slept very comfortably in their own rooms. The master is incredibly specious and the fourth room is actually a small loft like studio with it's own living room area, murphy bed, large office and balcony. The area is gorgeous and the main road has sidewalks on either side and accessible to Rotary Park just about a mile down the road which has walking trails and a playground for kiddos. My only suggestion would be a renters book with information for Wifi, utilizing the spa, microwave (it took us a few) and maybe things to do in the area as well as emergency information. Most of which was easy to figure out, but it would be a very helpful tool for guests not familiar with the area or the appliances.
