"VRBO Property Review — Cape Coral, FLRating: 1 StarWe booked this property during one of the most demanding weeks of our lives. We had just sold our home and were in the middle of a major relocation, transitioning from Cape Coral to St. Augustine. We were not there to vacation. We needed three days of clean, safe, functional shelter — a place to sleep, cook a simple meal, and regroup between long days of logistics. What we found was a property that failed on nearly every basic level of...

"Wow! This property was absolutely stunning! It was so spacious and clean. Our group of 7 had plenty of room for our stay. The outdoor space is just as impressive as the interior. It was perfect! We enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, pool table, and cornhole boards. There is a lot of patio furniture for lounging and the large outdoor table was great with plenty of seating. One thing we did find was that the concrete steps and landing by the dock, when wet, was incredibly slippery and we had wished...

"Nice property and great location for Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach."

"We had such an amazing stay at this home. It was so clean, well stocked, and cozy. The pool was fantastic as was communication with the owner. That master bedroom mattress was a dream and I slept better than I do at home. We fell in love with the area of Cape Coral and have already booked our return stay the same time next year. This will be our go-to home away from home."

"This was absolutely perfect! The home was stocked with anything you could possibly need and it was very clean. It was everything we wanted and lots more. The host was very fast to respond. I am already planning a return visit!"

"Had a great time. Cute decor!! House was very clean and a nice quiet neighborhood!!Thank you"

"Location on VRBO map was inaccurate as it presents with the pool facing west on the opposite side of this eight lake. The home itself was immaculate, the pool however was filthy. I contacted the owner/manager the first morning of my four night stay and it was cleaned the last day of our stay, so that was disappointing."

"I was supposed to be there through the 25th somehow my reservation was changed to the 24th. During our last couple days there, my friend ended up having a heart attack and I was at the hospital when they called threatening to call the cops and taking all my stuff out. I had to go and hurry up and pack everything while doing so I just happen to be a person that collects coins and I had a 2000 penny laying on the stand which I have a video of it still there when I was leaving cause I took a video...

"Primeramente solo estuve en la propiedad por unas hora pues cuando llegamos nos percatamos que la casa estaba muy caliente pues el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando lo bajamos un poco pero nunca bajo de 87 frados farenga"

"My family and i go to Florida every 2 year's to see family. This house came with everything we needed and the location was a plus. My children loved playing the games. We were only 10 minutes away from family which was a bonus. I had a minor issue, the host was very responsive and tried to resolve the issue quickly."
