The Harbour Tower pool and hot tub are open!
Harbour Tower 717: Professionally decorated and renovated (Fall 2018) vacation rental with wrap around balcony and expansive views that compliment the tranquil coastal decor. The view reaches up the San Carlos Bay and across the back bay areas offering complete seclusion. Upgraded throughout featuring granite countertops, a large walk-in primary shower, custom primary closet and split floor plan. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart Tv's for your entertainment. This unit would suit those on a working vacation as it offers a work desk and plenty of natural light. Sofa sleeper in living room.

Nice and rela

The property is great however use of pool is only till dusk. During winter months is 530. Might as well not even have a pool. Also a 10am checkout is crazy early needs to be 12. Windows whistle all night with the wind. Suggest bring a noise maker to mask the sound or ear plugs. Lastly don’t photo edit the listing the waters are not pretty blue like the listing suggest and you can’t swim at this beach. Other than this everything else was great

Perfect Getaway !

My sister and I brought our dad here for his birthday . It was a perfect stay with beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the balcony. This cozy condo is tastefully decorated with nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool as well as the private beach daily . The larger public beaches were only a few minutes away for awesome sea shelling. We will definitely be looking forward to our next stay ! Dad’s 76th birthday was a special & memorable time together In such a beautiful place !

Beautiful condo and location!

This was a girls weekend and we were in love with this condo the moment we walked in. The pictures are very accurate! It was clean, decorated beautifully, homey, and the deck was to die for! This location is quiet and we all felt very safe. Loved being able to walk out straight to the pool and beach. Not busy at all! Easy drive to Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach. We have a blast and would absolutely rebook this exact condo! Thank you for helping us have a great trip!

Exactly Ehat We Wanted!!

We had the best short getaway and this condo was PERFECT for us! The location. Ade us fall in love with Florida. The convenience of the beach, pool and amenities of the Marriott are such a good combination. I had no idea how great the patio was going to be, photos don't do justice to their entire condo!! We are so happy with our trip and will be staying again!

Peaceful stay

This condo was truly lovely and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony and the sense of complete peace that it evoked, undisturbed by noise other than descending birds and the occasional motor boat. The lull of the waves was therapeutic! The pool has plenty of lounge chairs, and I enjoyed the Yoga classes at the nearby Marriott, whose services we enjoyed having access to. We really enjoyed our restful, if too quick, trip and will likely come again. Thanks!

This property was updated and beautifully decorated. Amazing views from the patio. Convenient walk to restaurants at the Marriott. Would stay again if our travels bring us to Ft Myers.

Feels like home away from home

This property was fantastic. We’ve stayed at the neighboring hotel for previous trips, but wanted the amenities of a home and this was perfect. Very clean, very quiet. Great view. Check-in and check-out were super simple. Friendly folks throughout the property. Private pool and beach for the condo was nice to have. The only thing I’d mention, is that if you plan stay for an extended time and cook any meals, you’ll need basic things - think salt, pepper, sugar, coffee. Thankfully this property is so close to shops that none of that was a huge deal. Otherwise, very well stocked with everything else. We plan on visiting again and hopefully renting the same unit!

Relaxing and quiet location

We are happy with our choice of condos to rent. Very nice decor, and quiet side of building. The screened lanai was spacious had a good view of boat traffic. Kitchen was well equipped. Our only critiques would be; the unit needs a ‘deep’ cleaning. My feet were so dirty after walking around barefoot the first day. The windows in the kitchen and dining areas are very dirty. Shower glass door is spotty. Some pillows are worn. Overall the unit is how it is described, and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, great location

I’ve stayed in various condos at Sanibel Harbour and this was my favorite. It is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Gorgeous views from the wrap around balcony.

Great view, bad bugs

Beautifully decorated condo. Very comfortable and incredible views and sunsets. Unfortunately the noseeum bugs are so bad that you can't go out on the balcony during the daytime or evening. After some online investigation I discovered there is a tight weave screen material that could be used to keep the noseeum bugs out. Would also suggest the owner install a CO2 bug zapper. After checkin we found one tub was covered in sand because it had not been cleaned from last use and we were surprised by a small lizard in the master shower

Relaxing Stay at Sanibel Harbour Resort!

We loved this unit. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We slept comfortably and appreciated the ensuite bathroom. The wrap-around and screened-in lanai was fantastic for watching the boats on the water and for enjoying spectacular sunsets. As this is an end unit, it was very quiet and private both of which we so appreciated. We enjoyed walking the beautifully maintained grounds, using the pool and lounging on the beach chairs. Its location being so close to the causeway to Sanibel and Captiva was a plus as well. Our time went by too quickly and we hope to return. Thanks again to everyone who helped make our stay so relaxing and fun. Sandra and Rob from VT

Very nice place

Nice place, very clean and comfortable. Friendly residents and fellow travelers in the building. Everyone seemed laid back unlike other places I have stayed in Florida. Pool was great and kid-friendly. Beach was small but had quick and easy access. I would definitely recommend this unit and this building.

Spectacular views!

The views of the sunset were spectacular. This condo has an incredible location to view the gulf. The views make up for the fact that the condo, especially the bathrooms could benefit from an update. We really enjoy the closeness to restaurants, pools and the spa.

Beautiful views but...

The condo and it’s decor is very nice, with a fully equipped kitchen. The views are spectacular! We spent as much time as possible on the nicely furnished lanai. However, the jets in the tub pictured do not work. When contacted, the management did not offer to fix it, or adjust the rate. The jetted tub was one of the main reasons I chose this listing. I still recommend this condo, just be aware that all the features in the photos may not be as pictured, hence the 4 stars.
