The bedroom has a queen bed, 43” TV, dresser, 2 night stands and 2 closets. Beautiful waterfront view.

The living room has a sleep sofa, 50” TV and beautiful waterfront view for an elevated escape.

Dining room seats 4.

Kitchen has stove top, convection oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator.

Penthouse equipped with ironing board/iron. Laundry room is on each floor in the building (located to the left of the penthouse).

Key fob is needed in certain areas of the building and for entry in the building from the garage/parking lot and from 6pm - 9am weekdays, Sundays, and after 4pm on Saturdays.

All guests must park vehicles on the rooftop in the parking lot.

***Dockage is not included. There are several marinas nearby.

No pets allowed. There is a $500 penalty fee for failure to abide by the rule.
No smoking allowed. There is a $250 penalty fee for failure to abide by the rule.
Before you arrive you are required to complete guest verification through a third-party provider TRUVI. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. It is required prior to your arrival in order to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $15 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Please note that while we strive to provide the best possible experience during your stay, certain amenities outside the apartment but within the building (such as the pool, gym, hot tub, and common areas) may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances. These situations are beyond our control, and we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for such occurrences. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
