Thanks to its unique corner lot location, BOATERS.HOUSE offers unobstructed views along the canal – a special feature that sets it apart from many other waterfront homes.
The spacious private dock is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy your own peaceful waterfront setting.
Guests are welcome to moor their own or rented boats alongside the dock.
Please note: The boat lift is reserved for the owner's boat and is not available for guest use.

Our pool features a powerful dual heating system, combining solar heating with a high-performance electric heat pump. This allows the pool to reach comfortable swimming temperatures throughout the year, even during most cooler winter days.
Take a refreshing swim, relax in the pool's built-in seating area, or soak up the sunshine on a comfortable sun lounger.
Relaxing Evenings Without the Bugs
The spacious, partially covered patio is enclosed by a screened pool cage, helping keep mosquitoes and other insects away.
Enjoy a delicious barbecue prepared on the large Weber gas grill, followed by a relaxing evening with family or friends.
With comfortable outdoor furniture, a dining table for six, a ceiling fan, and an outdoor Smart TV, everything is ready for wonderful Florida evenings.

Our beautifully renovated kitchen offers everything you need, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a delicious family dinner.

Two Comfortable Bedrooms & Two Renovated Bathrooms

The master bedroom connects through a private dressing area to its renovated en-suite bathroom, featuring a double vanity, shower, and direct access to the pool area.
The second renovated bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway, making it easily accessible for guests staying in the second bedroom or sleeping on the living room sofa.
Fresh towels and hairdryers are provided.
With two king-size bedrooms and a comfortable sleeper sofa, BOATERS.HOUSE accommodates up to six guests.
Family-friendly comfort- traveling with little ones, a baby crib and a high chair are available for our youngest guests, making family vacations even more comfortable.
Four Smart TVs throughout the property allow everyone to enjoy their favorite entertainment using their own streaming accounts.

Please note: The garage is used for private storage and is not available for guest parking. However, the private driveway offers parking for at least two vehicles.

Our nightly rate is the same whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends – for up to six guests.


What's included:

Electricity – including pool heating, with no additional charges for power consumption.
Florida sales tax (6.5%) and tourist development tax (5%).
Accommodation for up to six guests.
Fresh bed linens and towels.
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other applicable deduction.
