Located in the prestigious neighborhood of Savona, this 4-bedroom pool home makes a perfect vacation getaway. This home is Florida living with a spacious great room concept. The sliding glass doors leading to the lanai fully open to the living area, becoming a great entertainment space for you and your guests. The lanai faces south for wonderful sunning next to the pool.
The great room includes a dining space, living room with sleeper sofa, off entry seating area and fully equipped kitchen. The spilt bedrooms include a spacious master bedroom and private bath with large walk in shower, soaking tub and dual sinks. On the other side of the great room are three additional bedrooms and a hall bath with tub and shower which also serves as the pool bath. The front bedroom has two twin beds and second and third guest bedrooms each feature a king bed . Each bedroom features its own TV
This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa 21. The house was perfect for the family. We enjoyed sitting at the dock, swimming in the heated pool and using the bikes. We would definitely stay again!

The villa was very large, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was magnificent with a view down the canal. However, the villa itself was tired and in places quite shabby in particular the main shower and the dishwasher. The host was quick to respond to issues which was much appreciated but mouldy/dirty cushions and a dark rim around the pool tiles should have been attended to without us having to discover the problems. I understand the villa is for sale but the general feel although quite a clean standard it requires some TLC and some more comfortable outside furniture/cushions to bring it up to a good standard.

Vacation off season

This property was very nice, clean and in a area that was easy to get to restaurants, beaches and the wedding we were attending. We enjoyed the pool and view of the channel. Jim was very quick to respond when the AC needed fixed. The property had everything we needed with the exception of a better bike tire pump. We would stay again!

Overall great house in perfect location

We loved our stay, this house is spacious and comfy, and we had an enjoyable family vacation. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!Here is what we liked the most, and a few cons:Pros:- great location, close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping- quiet neighborhood- nice heated pool, clean- beautiful view of the canal- Alysha and Steve were so easy to communicate with, we had an issue which was addressed promptly- Jim, the handyman, was very friendly and respectfulCons:- no pool floating accessories, we had to buy some noodles - some appliances are old, especially the dishwasher (very old and dirty)- the front door is weak- there are 2 coolers in the garage, the large one was dirty and smelly, the small one was disgusting, still contained the remains of a meal from previous renters- the gas grill was dirty

Very comfortable Cape Coral Stay

This very comfortable home is nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood located at the end of a canal. Clean and well stocked with towels, paper goods, kayaks, pool floats, etc. Centrally located near shopping, restaurants and activities. Would stay here again when in the Cape Coral area.

Fabulous Home

Our stay was wonderful. The home had everything we needed and it was extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient and there are numerous restaurants and shopping locations. I would definitely recommend this home.

The house is nice but needs to be renovated. Electronics old and hardly working. Far away from shopping facilities, you'll need a car wherever you go.

Traumhaus!

Alles ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll dekoriert! Man fühlt sich willkommen und wie zuhause! Der Hausmeister Jim kommt sofort, wenn etwas fehlt! Masterbedroom und Bad ein Traum! Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Traumhafter Urlaub

The home was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely furnished and we had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The pool was clean and our grandkids loved swimming in the pool during the day. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying there again in the near future.

Family vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great. We had 3 days of rainy weather and the house had games and puzzles to fill our days during rain. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Relaxing and were able to enjoy ourselves! Would definitely go back!

Most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had!

My mother, aunt and I stayed here for a week in April for a shelling trip. The house was so clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The living room had a very large smart TV that we could sign into our streaming accounts on and watch things together at night. The master bedroom also had a smart TV which was super nice. We used the pool a lot! We were able to easily adjust the temperature of the pool and were so thankful for the basket full of beach towels! My mother and aunt loved lounging on the pool floats and batting around the beach balls. I will leave a note that the electricity warning is not as frightening as it’s made out to be. We kept the house temperature at 70 degrees, and the pool at 80 degrees, for the whole week and did not get charged extra. The house is in a great location by many excellent restaurants and easy access to one of the bridges to Fort Meyers. We would 100% book again!

Beautiful Home

We recently stayed at this well kept, clean home for a week. This home is centrally located near shopping, restaurants and activities. The house was well stocked with towels , paper goods , pool floats , fishing rods , etc. Very quiet neighborhood. House was nicely decorated and located at the end of the canal. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. Would stay here again when in Cape Coral area.

Overall Good Property

Location is great; beautiful view of the canal and close to favorite restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. Great neighborhood for walking and, having visited Cape Coral for several years, we had hoped to see Burrowing Owls and this location turned out to be the best; we were greeted every morning by several of them. Home is spacious. There were, however, a few negatives. The double front doors were not sturdy and promoted an unsafe feeling. Lanai furniture was uncomfortable and, as senior citizens, difficult to get up out of; there were only 2 sunbathing loungers so the four of us had to rotate. There were no grab bars in either bathroom and, again as seniors, this felt unsafe especially in the tub/shower combo. Also in that bathroom, the pull up lever to switch the flow of water from filling the tub to a shower did not work properly as water flowed from both at the same time making showering difficult. Instructions for garbage collection located in the 3-ring binder were confusing. On the first page, it stated that garbage pick-up was early Tuesday morning and we needed to put the garbage containers out on Monday evening, which we did. However, garbage was not picked up. We called Jim to report that. However, a few days later as we read more of the instructions, we found a later page, that said garbage pick up was early Monday morning and we needed to put the garbage out on Sunday night. Mystery solved but container was overflowing on our 2nd Sunday.

We hope to return!!!

Our group of ten enjoyed celebrating the New Year by lounging around and in the pool at this open, airy and spotless house overlooking a Cape Coral canal!!! We watched the weather roll in from the lanai - a view we definitely don’t have in Pennsylvania and Texas. Convenient location for trips out to the Escape Room, Gazoops (yummy ice cream shop), Rib City (fantastic baby back ribs) and other restaurants and shops! (We also highly recommend kayaking with the manatees during cool weather at Manatee Park in Fort Myers!!! We saw scores of manatees!) Alysha was communicative and helped us firm up last minute additions to our group. Jim stopped by to visit and to let us know he was available to help - all we needed to do was give him a quick call. Highly recommend this vacation home!!! We hope to return!!!
