When I was originally deciding between this house and another, I almost chose the other one because it had a sectional couch, which I thought would be better for hosting. "Nicole was easy to communicate with, and informative. Super cute tiny house and we felt safe with the gate and security camera. This spot was perfect distance to all our planned activities. Super clean and very relaxing. Definitely will rent again. "

"The property was nice but we had problems with the entry codes and had to resort to using the door keys located in the lock box which we then had to get the code to use. The property did have a minor bug issue that needs to be resolved. The property was in a nice, older neighborhood and not within easy walking distance of dining options. However, it was close to the family we were visiting so the over-all location was good."

"Property is completely as described. Its close to everything, walking the area safe and easy. We did have an issue with door lock. Called Laura it took couple hours but they got it resolved. Has all the little extra items. Will say temp in the house go up and down during your stay because thermostat isn't in your space. But we used small heater and it helped the second night. Great place to stay!"
