A few things worth knowing before you book:

There is no ocean view and no balcony in this studio, and the kitchen is a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen.

The pool closes at sunset and the gate is locked overnight. Amenities are for registered guests and visitors who are with you — unaccompanied visitors aren't permitted anywhere in the building.

One assigned parking space is included. The ground-floor laundry room is paid and requires a phone app.

Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — noise must not be audible outside the unit
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
No pets (assistance animals accommodated as required by law)
Visitors who are not registered guests may not use the pool, sundeck, or any common area, and access codes may not be shared
Nothing may be hung from or dropped out of the windows — no towels or swimwear. A drying rack is provided inside
Eating, drinking, and grilling outside the unit are permitted only in the building's designated grill area
The parking hangtag must be visible in your vehicle and you must use your assigned space — untagged or misparked vehicles are towed
