Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in sunny Pompano Beach, right on the beach. Vaulted, beamed living room has 100% direct ocean front views, and lots of comfy space. Spacious dining area with seating for six, and ocean view. Granite-topped kitchen has everything you need for gourmet cooking, including ice maker and dish washer. Each bedroom/bathroom becomes a private ensuite by simply closing 2 doors. One bedroom boasts a king bed, the other, a queen, and both baths provide tub and shower. Private patio right at the sea wall has fine dining furniture with large umbrella. Nice beach chairs and umbrella are stored in outside cabinet.
3-burner BBQ is right out the patio door. Heated fresh water pool sits next to a large tiki hut right off the beach and just a few steps from our unit. Community Laundry room is located in complex. Dedicated parking space for 1 car, and parking lot for guests.
Central air and 5 fans keep you cool. Lighthouse .75 mile north, pier .75 mile to the south. Simply fabulous living on the beach, 40 miles north of Miami. Only 25 minuets drive from FLL, Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.
