The Space:

This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a balcony on Fort Lauderdale Beach comes with free high-speed WiFi and fantastic amenities, such as a king bed, workstation, pool, and gym, and is only steps to the Fort Lauderdale strip, Elbow Room, Beach Place, Casa Blanca, and more.

The space is thoughtfully designed with a keen eye for detail; the residence will surround you with comfort and convenience in a style that is both contemporary and timeless. The oversized windows provide a generous view of the ocean and a sense of space for expansive living.



CHECK-IN:

For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to fill out an application and complete a transient form before arrival. This registration form will include guest & party information, a vehicle registration form, and an acknowledgment of the condo association's rules & regulations. There will be $100 processing fee.



**Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of 30 days prior to check-in to send over to the condominium.

-Guest who books the reservation must be 24 years of age to book and check in.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we collect a $1000 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned, 7 days after checkout day, if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.
