Lauderdale By The Sea area of Fort Lauderdale: Seeking someone to rent entire 2 bed/2 bath apartment from June 9th until October 9th. Please message me for more details before booking 💌Wifi available all throughout complex, Cable TV in rooms/downstairs at pool area/clubhouse, screened in Balcony, plenty of guest parking. Heated pool, jacuzzi, cedar saunas, BBQs, tiki bar, billiards table, shuffleboard table, board games, darts, pool toys, gym, lagoons, mini waterfalls, aloe vera can be picked for sunburn outside of women's bathroom downstairs & elevators. Shopping carts located in stairways. 20 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive. Plenty of restaurants, bars, & other businesses within walking distance. One queen bed available, but can purchase inflatable mattress & return to accommodate more guests. Pets allowed if they are properly trained & will not cause damages. 420 friendly in room or on balcony. Cigarettes not allowed to smoke indoors. Please if anyone at the pool area asks if you live here, just say that you're a guest staying here & do not provide any other information. Some people in the complex can be very nosey. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Full kitchen so that you can cook & have all equipment necessary. Have oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, utensils, cooking equipment. Blue Moon Fish Co is my favorite place within walking dinner that's waterfront of the canal, a must try while visiting. Las Olas area is 15-20 minutes by car, Wilton Manors (LGBTQ area) is 5-10 minutes by car, Pompano Beach is 5 minutes by car.
