ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO is a more private 4 story complex right on the beach! We have on site free parking, heated pool, full kitchen and much more!

THE VIEWS ARE JUST AMAZING FROM THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO!! Atlantic Terrace On Pompano Beach is a great beachfront complex We are Located at 3401 N.E. 10th St. Pompano Beach, 33062

OUR CHECKIN TIME IS 4PM & CHECKOUT IS 11AM THESE TIMES ARE STRICT DO TO GUESTS LEAVING & ARRIVING ON THE SAME DAY.

In a great location and only 25 mins from Ft. Lauderdale Airport.

This condo is 725 sq. ft. 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo
sleeps 4. It has a very nice Serta memory foam king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Nice linens provided.

The unit has a full kitchen with a blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and many cooking utensils. We supply beach towels, hair dryer & iron/board.

There is a very nice size closet in the bedroom also. We have a nice vanity in the full bath for all the lovely ladies, with a lighted makeup mirror.

Our pool is heated, and has a nice patio with loungers, chairs, tables ,& umbrellas. Our pool steps down to our private beach area where you will find 2 grills, additional chairs, tables, umbrellas and loungers.

Your FREE parking space is located right in front of the building close by the elevator. There are laundry rooms located on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Laundry detergent is complementary.

You'll have start up paper towels, 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper & all hand soaps. Additional items are guest's responsibility. We have nice linens for the beds, bath towels, wash cloths, & hand towels.

We have many regulars who have made our complex their favorite vacation spot.
We would love to have you stay at Atlantic Terrace Condominiums.
We are sorry but Atlantic Terrace does not allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for our guests only. We strive to make every guest comfortable & have a pleasant atmosphere while they stay with us!

We had a great time at the complex. Terri was wonderful and quick to respond to any of our questions. The view from the window was amazing and I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning and the super moon at night! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place right on the beach! The place looks just like the pictures and the view from the kitchen window is amazing! Terri is a great host and super accomodating. This is our 2nd time staying here and it won't be our last!

It was a great stay, right on the beach. Very chill, peaceful, and quiet. Loved using the pool, grill, and private beach area. We couldn't have picked a better spot to stay. Host was amazing to work with!

Cleanest place I have ever been!

Great 3 days vacation. Terry the owner was wonderful!!Great communication and understanding of a minor issue!We will come back again!Amazing view. The apartment is very cozy and very beautiful beach ornaments inside,but the cleanliness of this apartment was above and beyond. Thanks Terry!!

A “Hidden Gem”

When we arrived to our destination, we were concerned with the construction taking place on a new condo building. Though the construction was almost completed, the path into our “Hidden Gem” was partially, and at times, completely obstructed. I called Terry and she informed me that the information given to her by the city was not quite accurate. After going inside our unit, we knew immediately that the construction was not going to be a show stopper. The view from the kitchen area was exactly as advertised, PRICELESS!!!! We basically had the pool to ourselves, access to our own, private beach area plus access to the ocean was literally steps away, as well as walking distance to the lighthouse north of us and the pier south of us. A Tiki bar was also located on both sides of us, well within walking distance. Our unit was decorated in such precise Floridian taste and spotless. My wife and I are looking to come back for a 30 day stay but I can’t share when because I want the same unit/location. Thank you Terry for always responding to our call and texts as well as being true to what was advertised!!!!

Great views

We loved our stay here. Walking right out to the beach was great. Pool was nice. Providing beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels was so nice - thanks Terri! There was construction on both sides of the property so kind of loud during the day - but we were mostly at the beach. Pool was nice - water felt almost too warm during the day. View is great from picture window in kitchen, no balcony though. Terri made great restaurant recommendations. Giannis Italian and Lester’s Diner were great. Overall great stay!

Amazing Stay!

This place was awesome! Located right on the beach with a beautiful full view from the kitchen/living area. (Equally beautiful partial view from the bedroom) Very clean! Terri provided clear instructions for check in/check out and detailed information about the condo and its amenties. Shes very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Nice, quiet and relaxing trip. Oh and it is conveniently located too. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place!

Overall a nice place. Construction next door made it a bit noisy, but it appears to be finishing soon. Bed was comfy and place was clean. Also, nice to have small vacuum in the condo to get rid of never ending sand that’s carried in! Will definitely be on list of places to return to.

Location is great but the unit could use some improvements

Location is amazing, right next to the beach. Makes enjoying time at the beach so much easier. Condo had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Some suggestions: The beds are really bad. Both the main bed and sofa bed are thin, and uncomfortable. The springs are sticking out of the sofa bed and the main bed has a paint can supporting one corner and the mattress is just finished. The big bay window, while giving an amazing view of the beach, doesnt have a blind or curtains. So using the sofa bed is a challenge since you cant make the room dark. I dont think the pool was cleaned during the whole week we were there. It says it is cleaned daily from 9 to 930 but we never saw anyone there during those hours. There was always sand in the bottom and leaves floating on top. Overall a good experience and if those items above are adressed it would be perfect.

Exquisite beach condo all the way around

Vibrant, clean, spacious, comfortable beach condo with stunning ocean views. Pool onsite was clean and we loved the 24 hour aspect. Everything about this place is beyond private. Beach is about a 3-5 minute walk depending on how much you're carrying! Host was excellent with communication, very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 7 nights and have no complaints! I actually thought this place was too good to be true, but after staying here, it exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful view of the ocean!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pompano Beach condo! It was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. We used the pool and it was very warm, quiet, and private. The condo is in a small building with larger high rises next to it. We walked a mile to the main part of Pompano Beach with the pier, restaurants, and shops. The condo is spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and we loved the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The owner Terri was friendly, quick to communicate, and accommodating. We plan to return to Pompano Beach and recommend staying at this condo!

Perfect spot to chill on the beach all day!

This place was exactly what we were looking for with our stay. We wanted to walk out our door and right onto the beach and at a decent price. This was it! There was everything we could need at the house for us to use for the stay including beach chairs and beach towels. The beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they were perfect for the few days we were there and the kitchen is beautiful. A few things just for future travelers (please know this didn’t affect our stay too much) this specific unit is on the third floor and has a very pretty view, but no balcony to sit out on (although you could go down to the pool area). They are doing construction right next door which the owner mentions and is very upfront about. It didn’t really bother us too much unless we were sitting by the pool. In the unit we could barely notice it, but we also sleep with a sound machine. They have laundry on the property, but you do need quarters to use it. We also could have used more towels because of this, but we were there for a short stay so it wasn’t a deal breaker. The beach is perfect though and not busy at all!

Week of peace by the ocean

This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Such a beautiful view of the ocean and definitely a hidden treasure. The condo cat Sally was a bonus, she’s so sweet and came by every night for her dinner.
