Two king suites each have a private en suite bath. The living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests and opens to multiple terraces with the building`s widest exterior sightlines. Fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer included.

Beach & Pool (What`s Included)

A $62.15/night resort fee — paid directly to the W Hotel at check-in — covers all of the following:
— Daily beach setup across the street: 2 chairs, 2 towels, 1 umbrella
— Exclusive 5th-floor residential pool, reserved for residents and their guests only (not shared with hotel)
— Morning yoga classes
— 2 hours of bicycle rental per day
— High-speed Wi-Fi

Access to the W Hotel`s oceanfront pool deck, cabanas, and spa is available separately through resort day passes.

Parking
Parking onsite is only available using the property valet. There is no on-street or self parking available. Parking is $65/day + tax (currently $69.55/day). For Oversized vehicles,$80.00 + tax (currently 85.60/day)

You`re in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach — walkable to waterfront dining, Las Olas Boulevard, the Galleria Mall, and water activities (jet skiing, parasailing, Intracoastal boat tours). Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport is a quick drive.

We do our best to accommodate your needs, but there might be instances where adjacent bookings or unforeseen circumstances such as repairs or maintenance may not allow us to meet all requests.
We are excited to open our home to you but we do have a few house rules.

Please note that this is a residential condo. Parties, events and loud music is not tolerated. No additional guests over listing capacity of the condo, without prior written consent. Be courteous to the neighbors and avoid being overly noisy outside at night. Quiet time will begin at 11 pm.

No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property including the patios. This includes vaping, marijuana and tobacco products.

We love animals and pets are allowed with an additional fee (restrictions may apply). All pet reservations must inquire first with breed and type of pet.

The premises is not to be used for any illegal activities.

Breaking any of the rules outlined above will incur a $500 fee per occurrence.

Late check outs must be approved by the host. If an unapproved late check out occurs, the guest may be charged for an additional night.
