"When I arrived at the original property listed on my Vrbo app, it was already occupied. I was shocked, embarrassed, and concerned to find strangers inside the unit I had reserved weeks in advance.The replacement property was just as bad. All the water had a urine-colored tint, visible in the sinks. The shower had no door, and water flooded the bathroom floor with no proper drainage. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay.Chris, the owner, was communicative, welcoming, and very informative both about the residence as well as the neighborhood and nearby good eateries. The pool was charming and very private. Having left New York winter it was a pleasure to enjoy a private pool setting.I want to return, no question."
