Configuration As soon as you step foot in this luxurious beachfront retreat, you're welcomed by a very stylish and comfortable sitting room/study. Its elegant design and décor perfectly enhance the beauty of its stunning surroundings. Enjoy an all year around pleasant temperature in the air-conditioned open concept design living space with a fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent dining area on the upper floor; you can catch the breeze when you open the ocean facing large sliding doors during summer and in the winter the fire will keep you warm and cosy as you watch the changing surfscape from all levels. On this upper floor, you will also find a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry facilities, providing convenience and functionality. The downstairs area of the main house features two additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, along with a fitness room. For added privacy, a separate fully self-contained studio awaits, offering a serene and rejuvenating retreat.

Special Property Information Nestled directly on the pristine shores and set against the backdrop of the natural landscape, our home offers an escape into serenity. We are pleased to provide complimentary Wi-Fi as a convenience to our guests. However, due to our unique location and the direct beachfront setting, interruptions in Wi-Fi and internet connectivity are not an uncommon occurrence. We encourage our guests to prepare a back-up plan for moments where a reliable Wi-Fi connection is essential.
Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.
Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide a government ID – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.
We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security cameras overlooking the driveway and for liability reasons, there is an unmonitored security camera overlooking the public beach access.
Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.
Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.
A security deposit of $3,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
