"We spent an unforgettable week at Villa Vagnoli! Our group of 13 people spanned three generations, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, multiple bathrooms and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful outdoor areas for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.We did our grocery shopping in Itri, just a 10-minute drive away. "Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered...

"Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. "Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. "Wir waren im August für 10 Tage in der Villa. Der Vermieter hat bereits im Vorfeld gut mit uns kommuniziert, am Tag der Anreise war sein netter Verwalter vor Ort. Die Villa war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Besonders der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde 2x Woche gewartet. Alles war in Ordnung und gut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Da die Lage in den Bergen ist, muss man ein Auto vor Ort haben. "

"This house is a hidden gem! I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer villa in Cassino. The photos do not do it justice - especially the grounds which are large and beautifully kept. Everything inside is clean and well appointed. Alberto was attentive, prompt, and friendly. If you love dogs (as you should) there is a gorgeous guard dog that is a sweet as can be. He only comes out of his area by request. We had Kobe out with the family the entire stay. "

"Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung...

"This property was absolutely amazing! We were on a mountain surrounded by olive trees. The owners are so hospitable. The house was perfect with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The stars at night were incredible. There were horses nearby. We definitely would come back and tell anyone we know to stay there. Close to the ruins of San Pietro Infini as well. Absolutely magical and can’t wait to come back! Grazie and Merci "

"Lugar calmo, agradável, quarto novo! Tem piscina e um jardim bem bonito! Alguns insetos no quarto,talvez por ter muito verde ao redor! Café da manhã bom, achei que o suco estava azedado, talvez pelo calor. Em geral, na Itália, parecem não ter o hábito de consumir sucos bem gelados ou muita preocupação em refrigerar os alimentos. Peguei dias muito quentes. Apesar de pequenos senões, de forma geral recomendo o hotel! O estacionamento é amplo! Ah! Não deixe de ir na abadia de montecassino, é linda! "
