Villa Opalina is a bright and sunny townhouse which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Opalina you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast. Villa Opalina is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Forio d'Ischia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 450 meters (500 yards), a grocery store at 250 meters (820 feet), the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (Della Chiaia beach) at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet). You will reach Villa Opalina from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Opalina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. It is heated. The area is equipped with two sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. The pool is open from mid-April until the beginning of October.

Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). The garden is equipped with a wood bench. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room an additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a large window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
