"Very clean. Great location. Hosts were very responsive. 2nd stay here and will stay here again!"

"The only downside is that this property is on a very busy street and not quiet. At least the place provided ear plugs, otherwise sleeping through the traffic noise would be difficult."

"All communication with the host was friendly and kept us up to date on what would be going on with the larger house that is not part of the suite we were in. The provided directions got us to the location without any trouble, even well after sunset. This in-law suite slept two comfortably. We had our college age daughter with us who slept on the futon. The futon isn't the best of accommodations for sleeping but worked out just fine for a college age person who has had less comfortable beds in...

"I stayed here for a long stay and it was really pleasant. The unit is very well maintained, and has a lot of the needed equipment to cook your own meals, an easy to operate TV and an amazingly comfortable bed.You can hear some of the noises from the unit above, but they also respect the same quiet hours. They were super friendly and provide a lot of information in the unit's check-in information so communication is easy. You are really inside a neighborhood at the edge of Forest Park, so you...

"Bring ear plugs! We checked in and saw one set of earplugs and wondered why. The hotel is above a night club. Loud music played until midnight or so. Wish we would’ve known this before booking because it would have been a no go for us. Room is very tight and the shower/toilet are a is the size you would find on a cruise ship. We made it work for the two night stay but we will not come back or recommend the place."

"A good stay overall in a perfect location to visit family and friends in Beaverton and Portland. Great communication from hosts. Thank you! "

"Great location and excellent communication with the Host. Highly Recommended, our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!"

"This was the perfect little place for me to meet my best friend for a girls weekend in Portland. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, had all of the necessary amenities and was walking distance to several restaurants, shops and great coffee spots. My only "complaint" was, as the property description mentioned, it was quite noisy when there were people walking around above you and flushing a toilet/running water (it is a basement rental in a very old house). At first we thought it was the...

"Communication with the host was not as expected. I had to reach out and ask for check-in details (not listed in guest portal). We chose the property for WiFi in order to accommodate work from home needs and didn’t receive the password until the day we left. I asked for the WiFi password multiple times, and received automated responses unrelated to my questions. My advice would be to update guest portal information and provide a printout in the property with pertinent information for ease of...
