"We would definitely stay here again in the event we visit Honolulu a second time. The staff reached out via email and text before and after, to make sure we were reminded about things, or needed anything. The facility was very clean. And parking was great. We always parked on the 3rd or 4th level, where there was more room. The beach is a 3 minute walk away with plenty of shopping and food."

"Would not recommend this place at all. My family and I stayed here for a week and aside from the horrible customer service, there were a multitude of things that went wrong with this property. For starters, we had no hot water for more than half of our vacation time (3 consecutive days) leaving us unable to shower. There was an insane ant infestation in our room (on the 12th floor), in which the ants ended up in our clothes, in our sons pack and play and ultimately biting our 6 month old son....
