"Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. It was inconvenient to live that way for 2 weeks "

"Convenient downtown property. Grateful to have reserved parking - though you may go dizzy going up the ramp! Property was clean and suited our needs for a couple night stay. Convenient to Pearl Harbor. Walking distance to restaurants."

"Good location near the heart of Waikiki, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The parking is a plus and why we chose to stay here. The building is old and when you exit the elevators there is old carpet and there are odors. This unit was clean and the pictures were accurate. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were extremely thin. The couch seemed new and clean and the kitchen was spacious. The patio was nice and comfortable for 2 people. "

"I originally was attracted by the above 9 point rating and the property’s great location. But was given a bad first impression when I saw the door. Check in instruction was great and electric lock works but the room door was dilapidated. Balcony floor tiles were taken out so uneven to stand on there."
