Descending a few steps from the kitchen reveals a TV room/rec room with a sofa and access to a shower room with a shower, washbasin, and WC located under the stairs. On the half level an air-conditioned ensuite bedroom. Moving to the first floor, there are two additional air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom.



Outside, a covered terrace hosts a summer kitchen and dining area, a dishwasher, a small fridge, and freezer. The property also boasts a private heated pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.60m to 1.50m), secured by a safety cover.



The house is located in the centre of the historical village of Fontvieille in the Alpilles. All shops are within 500 - 1000 m.
