"Staying at Hakone Airu was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Japan — a truly unique and unforgettable experience! We traveled with our two children (8 years old and 10 months), and both of them loved the private onsen in our room. Being able to enjoy the hot spring as a family, in the comfort and privacy of our space, made it incredibly special. The service was exceptional — every staff member was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The meals were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, adding to the overall experience. The location is quite convenient, not too far from Hakone-Yumoto Station. We chose to walk, and although it's a bit of an uphill climb, it was very manageable and well worth it once we arrived. If you're looking for a serene, luxurious, and family-friendly ryokan experience in Hakone, this is the place. We would return in a heartbeat!"

O que gostamos muito foi o onsen (banho quente), que é muito limpo e amenities de banho com os melhores produtos. Fica perto da estação, que vale super a pena conhecer, pois é um tipo de trem pequeno (bondinho), não sei dizer ao certo. Mas quem quiser pode entrar em contato com o hotel que eles buscam e levam da estação de trem Odawara. Adoramos."
