Contessa Chiara - Tenuta Contessa Chiara

The main House is a fantastic 800 square meters two floors (plus basement) Villa in the middle of vineyards.

The house is accessed through a walkway under a patio where you'll find the entrance door. Just after it there is a huge livingroom with a great fireplace. After a couple of steps, on the left, there is the television room, while the dining room is just before it, and on the right side the enormous kitchen with another fireplace.

The pool area is separated from the main House by a short slope down the hill: there you will find the refreshing relax needed in hot days, the perfect way to forget everyday life and embrace nature between marvelous vineyards.

Just next the pool there is a complete tennis court built in sintetic material, which can be converted into a soccer fields.

This area can be fully independent from the main House having a private entrance and a patio too. It’s ideal for family, friends or persons with mobility difficulties.

The second floor is completely dedicated to all others sleeping rooms, altogether with other commodities such as the living room with games and Tv available.

2 large living-rooms with fireplace, and though some steps you have access to a very large master bedroom with private cabinet and the bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

1 double room toghether 1 room with 2 single beds sharing one bathroom with shower (ideal for couples with kids)

The basement is the other entertainment zone of the Villa with a beautiful professional pool-table and a magnificent projector in order to enjoy movies.
