Position in the countryside to 2,300 km sea . A few steps in front of the house there is a large and excellent dairy, a supermarket, a fish market, a butcher shop and various restaurants.
The house is located six kilometers from Sperlonga, four from the town of Fondi and seven from Terracina.
At 2300 mt there are beautiful free beaches with bar kiosk, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
The house is composed of a dining room with table and sofa bed and air conditioner hot/ cold , a large room with two double beds separated by a tent, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, and various small appliances ,(toaster, juicer, minipimer, electric shaker, etc.) plates, glasses and cutlery for six people and equipped with dishwasher .
A room with a single bed, with a bedside dresser, wardrobe and work station with chair and desk. Wifi available.
The bathroom has a very large and comfortable shower, sink and bidet. In the dressing room there is an additional sink and washing machine and dryer.
Outside the house there is a comfortable shower with hot water to be used on return from the sea to keep clean and tidy the house inside.
