"This place was perfect for us. The family really had a good time because of the location. Owner communicated with us with no delay. Place was very clean and so pretty. My son really loved the loft so he had his own space. Great beds! Awesome water pressure! "

"House was great and just what we needed. We had 8 people and more than enough room with 2 beds we didn’t even use. You’re able to walk straight to the water from the house. We’re all in decent shape and had no issue but I could see some would maybe need to drive a short, less than 1/2 mile, to the beach access in Morgantown. "

"This is a fantastic property (new and clean) in an excellent location. I would have liked to have a little more room in places (bathroom vanity, around the beds) but otherwise a GREAT place to stay."

"We chose this property for our vacation after reading all the positive reviews on cleanliness and comfort. The reviews were accurate. We had a great time and plan to be back! The walk to the beach was short, the pool was quiet (though I wish there was a cover because it was HOT), and the house was full of everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Not truly a complaint, but there was sand in one of the bedroom rugs (we moved it and sand poured onto the floor) and the drains in the...

"There was always a quick response time to all questions before and during the trip. This new house was beautiful, well equipped with nice amenities. We loved the location and having a true four bedroom/4 full bathroom house to accommodate all eight adults. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the two floors were and the layout. "For the stay it was me, my sister and sister-in-law. We just wanted a get away for the weekend. We had tickets to Chinese Lantern Festival at Bellingrath Gardens. We knew it would be a bit of a drive but wanted to stay in the Fairhope area. We each had our own bedroom which was nice. Two nice bathrooms. Living room had plenty of room for sitting and visiting. It was a very nice relaxing stay. "
