"Beautiful view of the Lake!"

"Great old farmhouse 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Very nicely remodeled. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Bathrooms were remodeled tastefully with all the amenities and more that you could need. Brand new washer and dryer which turned out to be very useful. Nice private pool area with plenty of seating, Great place to relax at the end of a long day at Dreams Park. Had a nice outdoor grill, but we did not use. Overall fantastic house in a great location if your kid is playing...

"The property was clean and was very convenient. We stayed at the Cooperstown Field of Dreams, and this was right down the same road a few miles. Our host was great with communicating and made the experience great. "

"This property was perfect for our family traveling to Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is super clean, updated, tucked off the main road and has the cutest porch for morning coffee. It’s equipped with the essentials and a 12-15 min drive to groceries and Dreams Park. Host was available and answered quick when we had questions. "

"We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need. Easy commute to Cooperstown. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Amazing views from the top of the lake. RIGHT. ON. THE. LAKE. Kayaking was great. Porch swing was relaxing. Decor was rustic in the best way. A real throwback, somehow also modernized. Loved it!"
