"This was such an adorable cottage (cozy and inviting)! The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there were blackout curtains. The hot tub was ready when we arrived so we could step right in after a long day. I would definitely recommend staying here, I only wish my stay had been longer."

"Um sonho de local... Cabana muito bem equipada, com cozinha e itens de cozinha, cama muito confortável e tudo muito bem pensado. Chuveiro maravilhoso e calefação perfeita para enfrentar o inverno sem passar frio. A cidade do lado possui bons mercados para compras. "The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. It was located right next to Kerið Crater, making it easy and convenient to step outside at night to watch the northern lights. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hot tub, which was a bit disappointing. It’s definitely a place we would love to stay at again and highly recommend to others."

"This was a great place to stay. We had our family, 10 of us, and we all enjoyed ourselves. Out of 5 places we stayed this was the kids favorite. Plenty of room and great hot tub. We found everything that we needed for our stay from all kitchen items to fans. I am a very picky sleeper. Normally on vacation I don't sleep well and usually can't wait to get in my own bed. Not here. I slept like a baby. I even pulled up the bedding to see if I could see the mattress brand incase it is possible to get...

"If you like being out of the way Afternoon Cottages is a great jumping off point for adventuring. It is well equipped and very clean. It has a great price point and very basic. It worked great for us because it was simply a place to cook dinner and sleep. You have access to all the necessities about 25 minutes away in Hella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"O hotel tem um sistema de monitoramento de aurora bem legal. Há câmeras de monitoramento e quando são identificadas auroras visiveis a olho nu a equipe liga. Se você estiver caçando auroras boreais acho que este hotel é perfeito. Ele tambem é perto do Golden circle. Muito confortável. "
